Wanted a small waffle cone with peanut butter puddles, & mixed berry cheesecake. She informs me they don’t have the cheesecake (update your menu online then please) so I opt for the caramel coconut cookie W/ the peanut butter puddles. She asks/ doubt checks multiple times before pulling to the window- releases it back correctly YET gives me a waffle bowl instead (I said fine, it’s not a big deal- I don’t wanna be that person) but then instead of peanut butter puddles she gives me peanut butter with the nutty butty cookies.. so from start to finish I didn’t get anything I initally wanted or asked for :(

I’ve been going for years and have had an ehh experience from a company standpoint. Recently it’s put me over the edge. Ordered online and prepaid a bunch of ice cream, I guess this location was closed for a few hours with no signs no call nothing. I literally saw someone inside and they looked at me in my eyes and never came or said a word. I stood there for 10 minutes and not even an oh sorry. I ended up going next door to DQ and getting everything I wanted in 5 minutes. Never again paying for overpriced ice cream

Ordered a medium ice cream in a cup. Menu says 3 scoops. I was handed a cup with 2 scoops. Did not realize this until I was sitting my car eating it.
