As good customer service is becoming a thing of the past in many businesses, Matthew stands out as a reminder of how it's supposed to be. I had an exceptional experience at Bruster's, thanks to Michael Jones! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he helped me pick out the perfect flavor combination.
Michael's attention to detail and customer service made my visit truly memorable. He even went the extra mile to make sure my order was just right. It's clear he loves what he does, and it really shows in his interactions with customers.

I went up having a not so fun day, and then this worker Sophia A took my order happily and immediately brightened my day. I’ve never felt so much better and when I got my milk shake it was milk shake I’ve ever had. Idk how she did it but that worker is an actual super star. And I left cured of depression. Thank you so very much, best milk shake ever.
