I have a lifelong weakness for "chocolate malt with Xtra malt" and Brewster's is one of the only local places that "gets it right". Vanilla shakes aren't too bad either! ?Vegetarian options: Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians would be fine to choose from most of the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair can see at the walkup window to order.

Verbally asked for a tip… in a drive thru…It’s one thing to give the device to the customer to select a tip or no tip if they wish but it’s a whole new level to say “would you like to leave a ___% tip”Thanks but no thanks.

Just paid $8.88 ($1.00 off) for two(2) one (1) scoop of ice cream on sugar cones. The size of the scoop was probably 2 tablespoons. Wow. They only took one coupon per car and the coupon said $1.00 off per person. The young lady said the changes came from the owner. Wow felt ripped off. Will not be turning to this location. Will also call corporate to get clarification on the coupons.

I love Bruster’s ice cream my family and I have had it for years. One thing I however don’t appreciate about this store in specific is that they demand a tip by saying would I like to give a 10-18% and it’s been two times in a row where I get my order wrong. Maybe try giving my orders correctly before demanding a tip.

So happy to see they have a non dairy option and it was absolutely amazing!!!! The staff we sweet and very prompt. If you want to get your sugar fix this is the place to go.

The best ice cream joint I have ever went too. They sing to you through the drive thru, and at the end they put candy eyes and a smile on my ice cream. Friendly staff and the best customer service in town.. they knew how to scoop my smile!!

My daughter is legit unhappy when the guy on the speaker doesn't sing 'welcome to Bruster's you can order when you're ready!' Bc that's our cue to echo him... :) the entire experience here is always fast, friendly, professional and delicious! We love this branch above others not just bc it's close to home but bc they make us feel at home :) Bruster's feels like a warm hug from a loved one. ❤️
