I ordered a Medium shake. When it came out, I commented on it, and asked how small the small was. The order takers comment was confusing. But best I could understand him, they had no Medium cups. So they used the small. Being a newly diagnosed diabetic, I decided just to go with it,, but pretty sure I had just been charged for a medium, and got a small. Then, I went to the drink machine, no diet. Are you seeing a theme here? Not just one, but many options on the drink machine were greyed out. So I went to the counter and asked if they had diet coke at the drive through. I was told yes, and received a full cup. Got to table m, drank a sip. I did not taste like Coke, or diet. Last visit here, good luck if you go. Hope they learn how to order stuff. Oh also, I asked for a couple Ketchups, and 2 salts. I only had a small fry. I got 8 Ketchup packs and about the same or more salts. Inventory control, it's not just a concept, it's a fact of business.
Dietary restrictions: If you don't tell someone their drink is not diet, your causing health problems. Yes I ordered a shake, but I know and can take steps to control, if I drink a sugar drink with that... Not good

I haven't been to a Butler King in years, this was the only place on our way that had a hamburger and so we went.Mistake.The Whopper my wife and I ordered both looked like they were put together by the Tasmanian Devil (Looney Tunes reference), meaning everything was sort of haphazardly thrown together and not even pretending to stack things on top of each other.My "regular fries" was an extra small apparently, or your sizes have massively shrunk.Disappointed, even for the low BK standards. Won't be back. Gross.

A year-and-a-half ago I used to work at this Burger KingAnd one thing that I seen that was the biggest problem of this place is the big boss,Beth. She is only in it for the bonus benifits. I.e., low food costs,low employees work hrs. If you could see how filthy the kitchen and cooking equipment are you would not eat here. Everyone I knew at that time of working there I told to never go there. There is a reason thier parking lot is empty.

Don’t bother. This place is complete garbage.During my previous visit, I stood at the register for more than 10 minutes watching the manager take orders for the drive thru and handing out meals while I stood and waited. She finally came to the register and I simply said, “mine is easy. It’s just a mobile order (a single sandwich was all of it).” She replied in an accusatory tone “you should have told me it was just a mobile order!?” Um. Come again? I shouldn’t have to tell you anything. You should ask me “how may I help you?”I just ordered another pick up. The door were locked and I stood watching a girl sweeping the floor ignoring me. Another kid accidentally made eye contact and I held up my phone and screamed “I have mobile order!”He said he would get it. 15 min of standing in sub-zero temps later, I finally got it…. With the drink missing. Got home just a few minutes later… the fries are burnt to a crisp AND cold. The soda has no flavor. They clearly ran out of syrup/favor. My sandwich I specified “no mayonnaise” had mayonnaise.Place is a joke. If it wasn’t between two high schools, I’m sure it would be shuttered by now. Keep driving by.

Went through the drive thru today; missing some of my order, and no napkins (no biggie honestly), but what topped it off was that my mom is allergic to onions, and she said so when she ordered, yet they put a bunch of onions on her burger. Thankfully she noticed before our lunch trip turned into a hospital trip.
Dietary restrictions: Not respectful of customer allergies. This is scary to me; you could kill or seriously injure someone.

My family was very pleased with their food and the price. They have a $5.00 meal deal now just like Wendy's that includes a great burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. I appreciate both Wendy's and Burger King thinking about the families in America and helping with hard times with inflation going on during our difficult times with politics. Also very innovative on the chicken fries and the box that has a place for the sauce. My 13 year old son loves it! Thank you for not charging for basic sauce either like Zaxby's.

Order screen did not work. When we asked about menu, oral response was so fast we could understand what was said. Asking again, it was repeated so quickly again we decided to leave. As we drove off, the window employee yelled out "Have a f____ing nice day". We called store to report it to the manager. The manager said "What do you want me to do about it? We are only 2 employees working today." Don't go to this store....

I have been to this BK several times. Last week was the worst ever. Cheeseburger was barely room temperature, cheese still cold! Fry’s were old and again barely room temperature! Will not ever go back. Too many other choices in the area!

My wife and I have never been treated so nicely and courteously in a BK as we did here. Delia is a gem!!! We don’t go to BK often, but we’ll be sure to come here when we do.
Do not go here. Food & service was exceptionally bad.We ordered food to go. Person at the window didn't speak to or address us at all. She was chatting with her fellow staff. She put her hand out the window and my husband gave her money. Order was not prepared correctly and the food that we got ended up in our trash. Inedible hot mess. Will never return.

Agree with all recent reviews - HORRIBLE and IN-EXCUSABLE service!! I'd give 0 stars if that was possible.From the menu display in the drive thru not working properly (screen going on and off) to the not hearing the order and repeating 4 times to the order not being complete - This is without doubt the WORST Burger King.As usual, didn't get all I ordered, had to ask for the correction (which always gets attitude as if I packed it wrong). Then I still didn't get a complete order. And added to this, the staff doesn't look that hygienic.I've loved a treat of Burger King since I was a kid (40+ years ago), was always a treat growing up. But that seems to be over as they just don't want any repeat business. Burger King would be better of permanently closing this location. Better no business than horribly bad business.

WORST Burger King I have ever been to! From repeating everything wrong in the drive-thru to the rude service at the window to completely messing up our order and not giving us all our food and drinks! Half the order was completely messed up and DISGUSTING! Horrible!!! Makes us never want to go to another Burger King ever again...
