I don't even care what the cake is going to taste or look like (though I KNOW it will be delicious and beautiful!), I just had to go ahead and give her 5 stars because that is some serious commitment to your craft and your customers.

The design and look of the cake was great. However, the taste was sup-par on our wedding day. The coconut flavor was mild at best and was nothing compared to the sample tasting we had when we decided on that flavor. The buttercream frosting was pretty stiff too. It was almost as if you had cake in the fridge for a while and ate it straight from the fridge; it was not the soft, fluffy texture we were expecting for buttercream frosting.Side note, I personally do not like Anna’s policy that you have to purchase and sign her contract prior to getting sample flavors. You’re pretty much stuck if there’s not a flavor that you love in her sample box. Also, her sample cake flavor sizes are teeny tinyyyy… it would have been nice to have bigger sizes so you can taste each flavor beyond half a bite!
