Anna made a beautiful white and gold two tier cake for my grandmother’s 85th surprise birthday party this weekend. The cake was absolutely delicious!
I ordered red velvet cake and the sponge was moist and not overly sweet. This went perfectly with the buttercream icing because the icing was sweet enough to give it a great balance.
She even went the extra mile and added some extra red and gold accents in my grandmother’s favorite colors.
This was a last minute cake order and I’m so thrilled that she was able to come through for me. She responded to my inquiry quickly, answered all of my questions and provided a quote after I sent her some picture inspo.

I am not exaggerating when I say that Anna was the easiest vendor to work with for our wedding last summer. She always responded to emails quickly, she arrived at the venue on time to set up, and the cake looked perfect. I had a lot of anxiety going into the wedding day, but none of it had to do with the cake because Anna never gave me any doubts. Not only was our cake beautiful and classic, it was also the most delicious cake we've ever had. We didn't get the chance to try it at the reception, but our caterer boxed some up for us to take home, and we were both sad that we didn't have more. And my husband typically could not care less about cake! We are crossing our fingers that she will be willing to bake us an anniversary cake... I would not hesitate to book Anna again or recommend her to anyone I know!

I ordered a banana nyala python sculpted cake (yes, really) for my wife’s 30th birthday, and Anna somehow managed to turn a very specific, mildly unhinged vision into the showstopper of the party. It was one of three planned “wow” moments… and it stole the entire spotlight. We’re still talking about it.
Flavor-wise, I asked for something inspired by Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Covered Strawberry, and Anna delivered with a white velvet cake and a chocolate-covered strawberry filling that actually tasted like a chocolate-covered strawberry. I didn’t even know that was possible. Most places offered stiff, pre-set menus. Anna said, “Sure, what kind of cake do you need?” That’s it. That’s how she won me over forever.
The ordering process? Easiest thing ever. I reached out just two weeks before the event after my original baker canceled, and Anna not only made it happen—she crushed it. She sent concept art, adjusted the design, gave it her creative touch, and made a giant, wiggly-tongued python cake that had people screaming (in a good way). It was hilarious, creepy, gorgeous, and delicious. The cake even had personality—if it could talk, it would say, “You’re welcome.”
