Today I would like to give 5 Stars to Deonte and the entire staff for their terrific customer service. I was so impressed by the wonderful smiles, the great attitude and the delicious food. The ambience is very pleasant.
Update: I had an opportunity to come back to this same wonderful location and was assisted by Kaitlyn, Tonya and Danny. I am giving them all 5 Stars. I enjoyed their excellent customer service and friendly demeanors. My fish was hot and fresh. The service was fast. I would definitely recommend this location.

This has always been my favorite spot. It reminds me a lot of Arthur Treatures, fish and chips up nort. Disappointed that the size of fish has gotten much smaller.

The older lady that works counter can be VERY abrasive at times...she is either just rude or hates her job...
The disabled girl that works there can be rude, too...She's been there a long time. .seems to not like her job....
Come on management team...I know good people are hard to find but those 2 workers at counter need more customer service training....food was good, atmosphere ok, but work on those 2 employees

Ordered a meal that should have been 899 and ended up costing close to 17. Not sure what happened. I ordered fish. I honestly couldn't tell if it was chicken or fish that I was served. Either way it was cold dry and disgusting. Now I know why I haven't been there in 27 years

Older Lady very rude, I seen her go outside to smoke. Came back no hand wash and started to serve people. It’s time for the Health Department to make a visit. And please do not tell me to notify you, Just do something about the employee being rude and Dirty.

I decided not to order. This restaurant used to be wonderful. I hadn't been here in quite a while, and decided since I've moved back to this side of town to eat lunch. The restaurant is filthy. Older lady coughing everywhere and not washing her hands. Very rude for some reason. It sure has changed there. Other places serve fish now, no sense in coming back.

I really like the fish here because I grew up eating it. It’s always hot and tastes good - they always seem to be consistent with that.
The young lady at the drive through sung to me , she was in the Christmas spirit early lol. My food was fresh and hot , no complaints

I went thur the Drive Thur and ordered a 4 piece fish dinner when I got home the fish did not look right even with new oil it would have a different color, back several years ago I worked for Capt. Ds the one on Canton Hwy and Piedmont Rd opened it up when it was brand new. Prices getting to high employs wanting more money need to do a better job.

This location is an independent site for Captain D's I generally like this location over the other locations in the area. When looking at my budget I realize I go to this location very often, often enough where the employees know my order. But I started getting a negative vide lately. I think I am plesant but the older employee who is always frowning made a comment under her breath (she did not know I heard). She complained I parked in handicap spot. I had a stroke end of May 2024 and have a handicap sticker on my license plate. Of course none of her business. Seems like even the younger waitress frowns at me, don't know if I did something to upset her. I apologize if I offended anyone. Good chance I will just start going to other locations. Enjoy the food there, and overall I did enjoy eating there. But realize not everybody can get along
xxdd noted. When to location again. This time the old hag grimaced when I brought my cup to the counter to get a refill of diet Pepsi. Like I was ringing the plague. She should not be engaged with public. I will go to other Captain D's. You have lost my business. I have spent over $200 in past month. I have started patronizing the canton hwy where I deal with Jenny and Paul who are very nice and appreciate my business. No longer recommend Woodstock because of the old hag. Glad to spend my money at Canton hwy location hope you never have deal with the old hag at Woodstock location.
