The food was absolutely amazing here st CAVA off Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga TN. I wish I could eat here everyday! Actually I would eat here everyday if it was 5 minutes from my home! The blend of different crunchy foods, sauces, grains, black lentils, falafel bites and so much more, I asked for spicy and it was perfect! The ultimate explosion of taste, texture and spicy! Love, Love, Love it!!! So many choices to pick from! This was my first time, I’ll definitely be back!!
At the cava-Franklin location. I ordered $48.62. The pita that was served to me had visible mold on it. I didn’t discover to mold until after I got in the car and took a bite of it which had a mold taste. When I brought it back inside the manager refused to give a refund in store. They continued to serve people bread out of the same container which the moldy bread came from. And when I brought it up they tried to tell me it wasn’t the same bread as the bread I received was “whole, not cut” which is false. I had to make a seen and mention the health code in order for them to though it away. I took photos of the mold on the bread. Filed a complaint with corporate. Do not eat at this location.
Every time I place an online order. The staff forgets to include the pita chips. So far, this has happened twice in a row. The second time I asked for the chips that were missing. I only got one out of the 2 that I ordered. How can I help the staff remember?
First time there. All the staff was friendly and helped a first timer to create a perfect bowl. Tamia was sensational
I had a horrible experience on Saturday, September 20th around 9:30 pm at your midstate mall location. The experience lasted about 30 minutes starting with a 10 minute wait in line. When I was finally served, the food options I preferred were out and there was an additional 15 minute wait for brown rice and grilled chicken. For context, I am a mom and decided to take a break last night and feed my family cava for dinner. My children were waiting for me in the car and I did not have 15 minutes to wait. So instead of brown rice, I settled for white rice and instead of regular grilled chicken, I asked the girl serving me if I could substitute the harissa chicken and shawarma chicken due to the inconvenience. The young lady said it was ok, however at check out, the cashier was confused and attempted to charge me for Harissa and shawarma chicken prices. I explained to her that I preferred grilled chicken but due to the wait asked for harissa chicken and shawarma chicken as a substitute. The cashier then left the register to go ask a manager and came back saying she could waive two children pitas and charge for one bowl and kids pita. I agreed and gave her $25 to pay, however she didn’t know how to process my transaction and asked a coworker to help. The coworker proceeded ring up my transaction and charge me full price while using my rewards to redeem the two children’s pitas. I objected and told her what the previous cashier had promised. When the second cashier couldn’t complete my transaction properly, I asked for manager who then came to assist. When I explained the issue to the manager she said for the inconvenience that she’d only charge me for the bowl and waive the 3 kids pitas. When I told her that I handed the previous cashier $25, she got confused and said ok and was about to take my full $25. In disbelief I asked what she was doing and she stammered on her words attempting the settle the transaction with my $25 which was not what she promised me. At that point was grew impatient and frustrated and asked for my money back so that I could take my business elsewhere. I left CAVA empty handed with no food for my family because no one knew what they were doing and wasted my time! Today I checked my rewards account and saw that 2000 of my CAVA points have been redeemed despite I didn’t receive a meal. This experience has deeply soured my perception of cava and the competency of the staff. I will never go to that location EVER again! I want my points back as well!
Absolutely do not waste your money here. I just spent the last 1 hour going in and out of the Town Madison AL store 3 times and was told I couldn’t have a refund because i ordered online. Now I have no food, I’m out $16, and wasted my time while other places were closing. Picture me, ordering online 45 MINUTES before close, picking up my bowl in the drive through, and seeing a bowl with 3 bites worth of food. I pulled around, parked, and went inside demanding a refund. The tall employee cleaning said “yea, we were out of half the stuff you ordered” they did not tell me this before i left the first time. Keep in mind, they don’t close for 45+ MINUTES!!! I demand a phone number of CAVA support and the employee went to the back, googled cava support, came back, and gave me the number of the California Virtual Academies. In California. I called it in the parking lot, heard that, and went back inside and demanded the GMs cell phone number. He gave it to me, and after calling her twice, she told me the same spiel. Can’t refund an online order. You have to go through an email support line with someone overseas no doubt to get the refund(who knows how long this will take?) Oh but I was welcome to come in tomorrow for a replacement bowl. NOT. First and last visit here. Embarrassing.
The CAVA on Townlake Parkway food is fresh and taste soooo good. The staff is great and I met a very nice manager name Chris … upbeat and friendly EVERYME I go which is literally every other day. 🥰. The lamb is excellent and my favorite.

A Healthy and Delicious Option in Woodstock!
CAVA in Woodstock has become a reliable spot for a meal that is consistently fresh, flavorful, and on the healthier side. If you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal that's a step up from typical fast food, this is an excellent choice.
First and foremost, the food is the main draw. The build-your-own bowl concept is great for customizing a meal exactly to your liking. The ingredients always appear fresh and vibrant, from the greens and grains to the proteins like their grilled chicken and falafel. My personal go-to is a greens and grains bowl with their Crazy Feta dip, harissa honey chicken, pickled onions, and a drizzle of the lemon herb tahini dressing. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you feeling satisfied without being weighed down.
Beyond the food, the service at this location is also worth mentioning. The staff is efficient and helpful, keeping the line moving steadily even during busy lunch hours. They are patient with customers who are deciding on their orders and can answer questions about the different ingredients. This straightforward and professional service contributes to a smooth and pleasant experience every time.
The restaurant itself is always clean and bright, making it a comfortable place to dine in. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner, I know I can count on the Woodstock CAVA for a quality, flavorful, and healthy meal.
It's a solid choice that I would recommend.

Meats don't taste fresh. Like they came out of a bag pre cooked.

Please don't water down your sauces. I got 2 sauces today that are normally always thick and creamy. That made the meal feel very cheap/watery yuck and way less bold on the flavor profile. If it's not broke don't try to fix to save a few dollars.

My first time trying this franchise. So glad I did! Will be returning frequently. The app makes everything easy for grabbing a better fast food option on the way home.

I recently dined here for the first time and was very happy with the dish I ordered, a new dish with salmon, arugula, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, some kind of orange squash mash and a dressing. It was delicious and nutritious and filling. Was also pleased that their drinks are all made with cane sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, and they have cold teas made in-house as well as some carbonated options in a drink fountain. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, with plenty of light. The bathroom was also clean. The price was reasonable, and if you can't finish your plate they will give you a lid for your bowl to take it home. I would definitely eat here again. Real food here with real ingredients.
