This most recent experience was so good I had to leave a review. I went in on a Saturday and the staff were super friendly and they greeted everyone that came in and were checking with everyone that was waiting for an online order. Awesome place! Thanks !

CAVA in Woodstock is hands down one of my favorite spots to grab a quick, healthy, and seriously delicious meal. The food is always super fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. I love how easy it is to customize your bowl – whether I’m feeling something light or want to load up with all the toppings, they’ve got me covered.
What really makes this location stand out, though, is the staff. Mike and Addison are amazing! Every time I come in, they’re friendly, welcoming, and just go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect. You can tell they actually care about the customer experience, and that kind of service makes such a difference.
If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out. Great food, great vibes, and a team that truly makes you feel like a valued guest.

Well that’s not enough to serve food with a smile and be kind. Go somewhere else. Oh yeah you like mash up food, (whispers) then go here.

The Food is spectacular! I love the greens and grains bowl with black lentils and spring mix. I get the lamb meatballs and/or the chicken and OMG! The pita bread just takes it to a whole new level dawg!! You must get the Tzatziki and crazy Feta LAWD HAVE Mercy. You will be addicted. Your wallet will be like hold on now but your taste buds will moonwalk like Michael Jackson. Oan don't skip the toppings, get them all.
