Have ordered from Ft Myers/Alico location a few times in the past. Order always missing something but we can usually overlook...not happy but not going to drive back and argue about it. Staff always seem like you're bothering them. Ordered yesterday on app, got home and dressing was no where to be found. One entree was advertised with sliced avocado. We received an intact half of a hard avocado and a giant slice of what looked to be the bottom of a cabbage(?). Other bowl was supposed to be 1/2 arugula 1/2 power greens. It was all arugula. Very disappointing. I doubt we'll order from there again. Sad because it's a good concept.

I went to the one in east liberty. I got the Greek salad and the portion size was so small didn’t fill half of the bowl up. And I did not get my free pita will not come here again not worth the money.

First time eating here at Cava in Panama City Beach, Fl and my experience was AWESOME! Friendly staff, very very helpful because there are so many choices. Absolutely delicious! I’ll be back and I will recommend to everyone! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Did a few uber eats delivery orders from there today! The pita chips smelled amazing so I stopped back by on my way home to get an order. They are amazing!!! The staff is supper friendly and it had a great atmosphere

Fresh, fast & flavorful food, generous portions, & very friendly staff! I love a customized bowl, mixing a variety of flavors and textures into one amazing party on my pallet! By far one of my absolute favorite spots for consistently delicious lunch in Towne Lake!

I'm just putting this on here to defend the person I just witnessed getting yelled at by a customer, Mrs.Marcella Garza-White and her husband were the unprofessional ones, I heard the woman tell the lady and her husband multiple times that the chicken was still cooking and then both proceeded to yell at the woman, throwing a child's tantrum over a 5 minute wait smh grow up

Worst service we’ve ever experienced. Rene was shockingly unprofessional, unresponsive, and made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful. This reflects a serious failure in management and accountability. Completely unacceptable!

The Woodstock Towne Lake CAVA is my favorite location because of the great service and food. I usually go for lunch but have also gone at dinner and the food is consistently delicious!!! I have to say my favorite thing about this location is the staff though. When I walk in I am greeted with smiles and have been made to feel welcomed by the staff especially Lana (hope I got the name right). She was recently promoted to manager on day shift and I believe she has a great future there. The older female executive chef has also greeted me with smiles and made sure my experience there was great. The craving for Mediterranean food is what first brought me there but the wonderful, caring service is what brings me back again and again.
