Horrible service!!!! Extremely slow, messed up orders and the blond young lady mannaging food with her beautiful long har exposed. I'm sorry! You work in the food service, you need to use a net to prevent your hair in clients food!!!!

So far I've only purchased drinks but both times, Tyrese has been awesome! He always greets me with a smile and is super sweet! I was having a stressful day but his positive attitude and energy is infectious! Keep up the great work!

I ordered a kids meal which somehow took longer to fix than a group of 4 who ordered after me. The box was put on the counter. When asked for a bag instead of actually putting the kids meal in a bag. The bag was handed to me to open myself and bag my son’s kids meal.

Yall just need to leave/get evicted like the other restaurants. Workers today were struggling way too much. Not changing gloves. Line was dirty as all get out. A worker, manager possibly based of the way she was acting, was in a crop tank top and pj pants. Bread wasn’t toasted. Sandwich had toppings on it that were supposed to be left off. Appeared to be a crew of at least five but, most were hiding in the back. Leave or get people who actually can work and care to work. You guys charged too much to be this bad.

This place sucks. They give you the smallest amount of meat on your sub and then have the audacity to ask you if you would like extra meat just to up charge you and it’s still barely any meat. If a company is going to charge extra for double meat then at the least they could make it worth your money, but they don’t. Also, the employees move so slow at making your food that it takes them 30 minutes just to complete your order. I do not recommend unless you’re absolutely desperate because this Food Court doesn’t have any other food options. It’s really bad.

I purchased a water and the water was hot so I asked the young Indian kid to give me my money back and he barely spoke English and I told him three times that I did not want the water that I wanted to return and get my money back and she was sitting with her mother and sister and then when I told the man for the fourth time that I just wanted my money back they verbally assaulted, attacked and harassed me and the young manager defended her mother and sister who were in the area eating The sister came up in my face and the young girl that was the manager working there refused to return my money because I defended myself against her mother and sister!

False advertising and terrible food quality.

Be warned!!! Price on the menu is not what they actually charge you on the receipt. Price advertised is 9.99 for a regular “old school” and I was charged 11.99. Lady at the counter just dismissed us when questioned about the price difference. There is also no manager on duty.

Sandwich was disgusting and completely fell apart before I even had a chance to take one bite.

Go anywhere else but here. Listen to my review and all the others.

This place is NOT worth $30 for 2 sandwiches!

Owner- Please evaluate the quality of employee. I have been here twice and the lack of service and lack of urgency is shameful.

Headset on while working that required me to repeat myself. Lack of customer engagement-No warm welcome. Just dry and going through the motion.

A culture shift is needed with focus on quality, service , and people skills.
