While passing through Woodstock after a 5 year absence I knew that I had to stop for one of my favorite burgers. Bobby’s Black Blue burger. It was bad so sorry to say. The meat was dense and flavorless. I guess it had blue cheese on it but it was hard to tell. Love the condiments. Very good but not excellent fry’s like I remembered. Oh well I guess another casualty of the pandemic

Good food and the service was awesome. Thank you for good experience. This was our first time as we have just moved to Georgia, so we did not know how the whole topping bar thing worked. Didn't even notice the topping bat until we were headed out. Just a suggestion, maybe just point it out to people so they can get the full experience. But overall a great experience, thank you. We will be returning.

While it is a small semi self service, meaning, you get to add your own toppings, the burgers were perfectly cooked the buns were sweet, toppings plentiful, chicken finger were delicious.
The staff was kind, patient, and courteous, plus free samples!
Liked this place better than Cayons!

My girlfriend and I cam here for a quick bite after shopping at the outlet mall.
Virginia immediately welcomed us with a big smile and took care of us immediately, throughout our meal she offers to refill our drinks and to pick up dishes she was done with, we dont even get this level of service in a lot of full on sit down restaurants.
To say the least, the food was great, the staff kept everything VERY clean, and at no point did we feel we were in a rush. Virginia made the experience 10/10 and even gave us some custard at the end of our meal.

26$ take out order no napkin no forks nothing . Terrible won’t be back . What happend to good service. But you guys are real quick to bring up 25% tip charge for a service not yet provided .

The cheeseburger is a Wendys clone but at $6.99 and you have to put your own condiments on. The chicken tenders were tough and with a $1.75 per each tiny 1.5 inch tender. I would seriously just go to Wendys and save the money. Service was good and my only positive note here at this overpriced fast food joint without a drive through. $30 for 2 cheeseburgers and 7 tenders.

My first time eating here. I had the cheese burger with fries and a drink for $12.99. I loved the fixing bar selection. The selection of salts and seasonings for the fries was great. The Bobby sauce was good. Definitely will be back to eat again.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped at front door. Ramp, but would need help getting doors opened.

We have been going to Cheeseburger Bobby's at other locations before they opened in Towne Lake. Store is always clean, staff is always pleasant. Kim at the Towne Lake location is the sweetest ever. When you dine in, they frequently hand out mints, extra fries, and sometimes even samples of their DELICIOUS frozen custard. We love Cheeseburger Bobby's!
Dietary restrictions: If I request a burger with no bun, they always happily comply.
Kid-friendliness: Very kind and accommodating with children. They do have highchairs and waterproof placemats to control toddler messes.l
