I really enjoy this CFA location but what I don’t enjoy is coming through the drive thru on a 30 degree day and seeing employees visibly shaking from the cold. This is unnecessary when they can take orders from the speaker. There is no reason they need to be shoved outside taking orders in freezing cold weather with a wind chill that would make anyone stay indoors! Poor management for not looking out for their employees best interest and health. Food quality is normal CFA quality but I’m mostly concerned about the employees!

Always very good. Except for the Waffle fries they're not as good as they used to be before they changed their recipe Their Waffle fries are made with some kind of a rice flour coating

My wife ordered a nugget tray yesterday for a party and our guests were disappointed. The nuggets were hard, mostly crust and not tasty. While we typically don't order nuggets, we were surprised that the quality wasn't what we expected. We aren't interested any free stuff - we just want our local Chicky to be better.

Not sure how every other chick fil a in the country runs like a sewing machine except this one. Drive thru is painfully slow. Grilled nuggets were chewy and barely warm. Breading on my chicken sandwich was completely gone on the bottom. Do better….

I ordered the fries without salt, and when I went to eat them, they were salty. I ordered two separate orders of the fries combo, and they only gave me one. I complained and paid extra, and they wouldn't give me ketchup. I had to tell them three times... Terrible service!

The Chick-fil-A on Eagle Drive in Woodstock is a wonderful place to grab a quick quality meal. No matter whether you choose the drive-thru or order inside, the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Beware I was served an undercooked chicken sandwich. Before leaving the drive-thru, we had noticed that our sandwich was missing, so we had to go inside to correct the order. However, after taking a single bite, we found the chicken to be undercooked and not edible due to food safety concerns. The consistency and flavor of this location are unreliable and concerning. I have never been served undercooked food, let alone from a Chick-fil-A, which is very disturbing.

Bought two “large” mac & cheese on Friday, but each one was barely half full. Disappointing. I wonder how the staff would feel if their paycheck showed up at half the amount one week.
