Even though the food was good it was kinda cold and it took awhile. The workers were quite rude, there was puke in the bathroom and when we told the workers they said it’s not their problem. They forgot my soda.

Long day, very tired. Made the decision to eat here. Best service experience, ever! Not that I've ever had a bad experience, here. Chose to do the full service side. Wesley made it truly worth the stop.

I’m start by saying I’ve been treated with the upmost disrespect by the mangers. I sit at the restaurant waiting on my husband to get off work, I’ve bothered no one and kept my area clean all while still ordering food. I have been treated disrespectly one too many times. Tonight was the last straw, on of the manager I believe she’s a went over my head and to my husband to tell him to make me move from my spot and give up my table. I feel she could have handled it with more professionalism. I’ve previously told her I would give up my table if another customer needed and asked for it. While sitting there after giving up my table not a single person used said table. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced unprofessionalism in this environment. The first time claiming “other families will want to sit here” totally pushing aside that I was still a customer. Do better!!!

Just Because

The managers aren’t the nicest to their employees from what I’ve saw and even the employees aren’t nice to each other..during my visit I’ve overheard employees talking bad about another employee. They were saying discussing their hygiene with each other which I found to be seriously inappropriate and disrespectful. I feel that the employees should be more focused on the job then what other employees do. What you say and do inside a business can affect more than just you.

I was in the drive thru behind someone with a long order. While waiting there were many moments when the other order taker named Lyle could have taken my order. Instead, he stood waiting like a lamppost with no light on until another hearing car arrived. I even asked if he could take my order and he refused. LYLE IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I thought Chick-fil-A had high standards of service for everyone. Apparently, not.

lowkey obsessed w this chick-fil-a — always clean, food stays elite, staff on point. but why am i still stuck in the drive-thru when i already mobile ordered?? kinda defeats the purpose lol. pls give us a separate pickup lane, that would be such a win

This Chick fil-a is different! But in a good way. You can sit inside, they will serve you and it’s more than just a fast food restaurant. Service is very friendly. Service with a smile.
The train that is driving above your had made a big impact on my son and they ‘little red door’ for kids is awesome.
The only thing, the floor needs a very good cleaning. It’s very greasy and slippery.

My wife and I were the only ones on line at an empty register waiting for someone to.come and take our order. Dominic stopped right in front of us, called out to someone about their order and then walked away. What would have been nice was an acknowledgment that we were standing there and saying someone will be with you to take your order momentarily. There really is no excuse to be ignored in that manner. Very disappointing.
