Ordered 3 meals 1 was gluten free all of them stuffed in one bag + condiments, drink lids were not even put on right, gluten free meal should be bagged separately at least.

Not a good Chick fil A. This is the second time that I have gone to this location and my order is messed up. On this particular occasion someone came out and said, “We didn’t charge too correctly for your extra chicken so you owe $2.81 more.” Really not even certain we got extra chicken. It was really strange, very unorganized and chaotic. There are plenty of other CFA, my advice, keeping driving to the next one.

There tends to be a reoccurring theme regarding the accuracy of the drive thru at this CFA. I often visit this establishment however I will not go through the drive thru again. Seldom is my order accurate…even when there isn’t a line. I feel that the emphasis seems to be on quickness however it’s a moot point if the food purchased isn’t in the bag and I’m not particularly interested in giving CFA money for food I’m not receiving. Interestingly enough, your competitor one store over (McDonald’s) is always accurate in the drive thru. I’ll just go there moving forward for some overpriced fast food. Have a good day.

Something is wrong with the fries, I thought it was just a rumor about the changing of the fry recipe, but they taste extra greasy now and have an odd flavor hint to them, wife and I started going to whataburger instead.

The kid play area smells like such strong urine the bathrooms were very dirty and floors were incredibly slippery. Photos are of the kids play area

I'm not sure why this Chick-fil-A hasn't figured out how to run the drive thru!! If you want to waste an hour jump right on in their line.
Pretty Nice for morning hours, as always chick fil a offers a good place to warm up and eat freshly prepared food.

Never go through the drive thru at this location. Whoever runs it absolutely sucks at their job. I sent to pick up a medium sized order and they forgot my entire meal and my sister's chocolate milk. When I went back to get my sandwich I told them no pickles (as I had the first time) and they put freaking pickles on it. Just go to Riverstone or Canton Marketplace locations, they're infinitely better.
EDIT: Yeah, nice try, but I don't want you to try to fix the issue after I've left a bad review that could hurt your appearance, I want you to fix it when I come to you personally—and you didn't.
I just got home after shopping and my drive home was about 30 minutes. I just checked my bag it was missing a large fry that I paid for as well as the sauces for my order even enough it’s listed on the bag. I should have checked my bag but I didn’t give it a second thought. Very bummed out.
