This location is the friendliest by far! I went in and the place was clean, staff was friendly and the manager Kim was very polite when I had a few questions. The food was really good I can’t complain, can’t wait to visit again!!
Wonderful experience today! Good food, clean dining area with nice decor, and friendly staff. We tried two kinds of chicken salad today (Buffalo Barclay and Lauryn's lemon basil) and they were both wonderfully flavored and fresh! We also tried the loaded baked potato soup and brocoli salad. All food was brought to our table quickly and were very tasty! We were very appreciative of how they decorated for Veterans Day and honored veterans with a free meal. We will definitely be returning!
Kid-friendliness: They do offer a kid's menu with items other than chicken salad. Some of the items were: turkey sandwich, Mac and cheese, and uncrustables.

Ordered catering for 24 guests for a party at my home. Specified delivery time between 6-6:30 pm. 6:30 pm rolls around, no food. I call the location and they inform me the driver is just getting there. Have the common courtesy to call your customer if you’re going to be late and not deliver on your promise. What happened to customer service and simply doing what you said you were going to do? My delivery time wasn’t a suggestion, it was what I paid for. Never again.
Adding to say I spoke with manager. Worthless. Started giving me all the excuses about being understaffed and that they use at 3rd party delivery service blah blah blah. Point is you were late. You didn’t call. You failed at your job. I’ll be calling corporate Monday, but I warn you, read the reviews below me on catering. This location doesn’t have a single clue how to do it and it falls with the manager. Time for some new leadership.

I LOVE chicken salad chick, but this location has made me dislike it. I’ve order from this location multiple times and I’m disappointed every time. 1. My online order was ready 20 minutes after it said it would be ready (it was just chicks). 2. The pasta salad is so dry, which is sad because I LOOOOOVE chicken salad chick’s pasta salad, but whatever they serve here is not near the same. 3. They’ve left off something on my order twice (either my extra side or extra scoop that you get charged extra for). 4. I love the Dixie chick, but this location’s is so gross. The diced onion in it is SO LARGE & really ruined the whole thing, I couldn’t even finish it.

I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes while all the employees walked around without ever acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Not even a hello, welcome, or we'll be right with you. Literally standing across the counter in front of me. I finally walked out, never even ordering.

This past week I picked up a very large catering order over $200.00 from the Woodstock GA location Store #292 on Molly Drive. It was a Birthday order for 3 staff members of my office.
Kim the Manager was gathering all the items for my order and handing it to me. I noticed that the cookies requested were not correct. They were supposed to be all the buttercream floral cookies and not just the regular butter cream. She was very curt stating "That's not what the order stated". I had my copy of the order and receipt and it did specify flower buttercream cookies which I showed her. She huffed and walked away to correct it. 2 other staff members apologized to me directly for her rudeness. Pretty sad as a customer that staff have to apologize to a customer for their manager's behavior. Totally unacceptable!
My entire order was left on the counter for me to take to my car on my own. 4 large bags, plus 2 gallons of tea and lemonade plus 2 buckets of ice. Kim the manager walked away to the back without even a thank you. Luckily one of the kind girls at the front was sweet and offered to help me to the car. I wish I had her name. All I know is that she was a sweet younger girl who said it was her third day there. She apologized to me again while putting my order in the car for her Manager Kim's behavior.
As a customer, maybe her employees should teach her how customers should be treated. Hopefully, customers will not be treated like that by a manager in the future

Super cute and cozy atmosphere. The chicken salad was excellent but the pimento cheese could have been taken up a couple of notches in terms of flavor. The mac n’ cheese was pretty bland. They could definitely throw in a few more crackers to go with the scoops of chicken salad or pimento cheese. The white chocolate cake was moist and very good! It’s also a nice touch that you get a cookie with your meal. Overall, it was good but not great for the price.

I don't believe this restaurant freshly toast it's toast for the sandwiches. Every time I get a sandwich on toast the toast is never crisp and always soggy

For this place being brand new I was disappointed. A trail of ants all along the wall while we ate...on our table behind our chairs etc. They were everywhere, didn't expect that in a new restaurant. Chicken salad was meh.....I don't like mine to be the consistency of tuna. But to each their own. I found it over priced for what you get. Probably won't be back as I can make better at home. Meal in photo was 15$ each nothing else except a drink
