Not worth it – confusing concept and poor value They didn’t even serve the usual complimentary nachos, and the food wasn’t really Mexican—more like a mix of everything without a clear identity. On top of that, the prices weren’t great either. Definitely not planning to come back to Chili’s.

The order was complete quickly and the order was correct. I wasn’t greeted by anyone and they leave the food on a shelve just inside the door. I think they should take better care of the to go orders. Anyone can just come in and grab the orders.

Our waitress, Shelby, went above and beyond! We went out as a family for a birthday dinner, and she and the staff went the extra mile to make sure my son, who was wearing sped headphones, was comfortable, including warning us before loud birthday singing for another table. This kindness, without being asked for, genuinely made my day.

I went to celebrate my 23rd birthday there and around 6:15 I had three people with me. When we got there we were seated at the bar and a waitress with short hair and glasses served us and she was great. Very attentive, filled our glasses quickly, overall a good experience. I had two margaritas that changed color (I don't know the name) and they each bought a shot. Around 7:30 is when the problem started. The rest of my party arrived and there were 14 people total and we had three tables put together and a new waiter. The new waiter, I don't know his name. Tall, thin white guy, told us the manager didn't want us having anymore drinks? Despite the fact that everyone there had just gotten there and we weren't notified of any complaints of disturbing people and yet we were cut off? So we asked the manager what happened and he seemed to be none the wiser but told us if the waiter chose to not serve us drinks then there's nothing he can do. So both had two different stories blaming the other and none of them could give us a proper reason for why all 14 of us couldn't get a single drink despite JUST showing up? Doesn't make sense. If there was a limit per person or only *I* got cut off I'd completely understand but no one told us anything. Some people want to enjoy a nice drink after a hard 9-5 and it's disappointing that everyone had these expectations and yet Chilis couldn't give proper reasoning as to why we couldn't MEET those expectations. Very disappointed. Other than that me and the rest had a good time. We'll be visiting again most likely. Just try to be more clear next time.
