Number one tip killer number one service killer. Having to wait a long time on a refill especially when the restaurant isn't packed out and the server load is pretty well spaced. I've been a server before so I know what kind of expectations and their feasibility of what can be delivered outside of that would visit again

They got a score of 80 which is kind of gross. They constantly change the menu and it is so expensive now. Chili’s used to be affordable and now they are shrinking portions and raising the prices. I miss what Chili’s used to be like.
