Not a review but an observation- I'm not from Woodstcok but was in the area and looking for a dinner venue. The wife wanted Chili's but when we rolled up at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday night there wasn't a car up front. No one visible in the resturant. Long Horn next door was packed. Do the locals know something we don't? Is it really that bad?

food was good but the server we had was just lazy. spilled ranch then said “that’s a food runners job”, then proceeded to quite literally sweep it up. honestly wonder how he treats the food.

Our first visit to Chili’s in a long time and this place didn’t disappoint. They were really busy but the food was excellent and the staff worked really hard together to provide attentive service. We will definitely return! The chicken crispers are the best!
I ordered a margarita grilled chicken, brisket quesadillas, and the dip trio. My grilled chicken was undercooked/pink on the inside, the brisket meat was super pink, the guacamole was BROWN, the pico had a sour smell, and all of my food was spoiled. I called to speak to the manager GARY, and once he verified my name on the order. He said that he would be refunding my order. When I asked him how long is it going to take for my refund to go back to card since it was a ubereat order? He said he can’t refund my money since it was a ubereats order. On the beginning of the call I told him it was a Ubereats order and verified my name also the last 4 digits of my credit card number. He lied about refunding my order so he could rush me off the phone. Then when I asked him about the refund on my card that is when HE TOLD THE TRUTH. I told him that they are delivering old food to customers and he told me that isn’t correct since they make the guacomole everyday! That is another lie, because my guacamole is BROWN/SPOILED! Now I’m having to wait for ubereats to get the pictures of my food so they can give me a refund. I will never in life patronize this location again!

This place was definitely a better chillis. The manager On duty was my server and was incredibly fast and attentive, and the food came out fresh and fast. The tables and place looked freshly clean, everything was organized, and the bathrooms were in great condition as well. I would recommend if you wanted to go to a chillis that this one be the one you choose.
