Staff are fine, not super nice but nice enough.
Super rushed even though there was like 3 people in the store total. Had to stop them twice in their tracks since they were going so fast and were going to put stuff in without asking, etc.
They also scraped the bad, hard rice at the bottom instead of refilling it and also kinda skimped out on it anyways.
Both wife and I couldn't finish our food.
I just wish we could have enjoyed our food more.
Wife also reminded me that whenever we go go to this location its that way. We dont go to it often and we eat chipotle so often I wouldn't have remembered otherwise.

Poor customer service and unacceptable food quality. My drive-thru order required circling the line three times and was delivered 25 minutes late due to “cooking the carne asada.” When I finally received the food, the meat was cold, rubbery, and extremely chewy—nearly inedible and difficult to swallow. The rest of the order was also cold and tasted poor. This reflects a clear decline in ingredient quality, consistent with other reviews and with my own experience. This was my third consecutive bad experience (two at this location). Chipotle is no longer what it once was, remains overpriced, and appears to have lost focus on quality and customer care.

Went to grab quick meals for dinner and at least an 1.5 hrs before closing, they were out of main items like steak, cheese, sour cream ect., with no notice of said lack of items posted on the door.

Do not eat here. Every person in there hates their job. They move super slow and every time someone walked in the guy making the food got more pissed off. I love chipotle’s food, but the energy in there is terrible. They need a manager in there those young guys do not know what they’re doing. Super disappointing. I ended up eventually, just leaving because it was taking way too long and there was no sense of urgency from anyone. Better off going to Popeyes next-door.

Went in to order four meals and was treated with such rude body language while asking two questions, and then had eyes rolled at me. Thankful for the man at the cashier station who was pleasant and answered the questions with kindness and clarity. Do better or find a new job.
I can only come to this location during dinner times when you know the food is being freshly prepared. Several occasions I have received crunchy rice and have to throw out the majority of my bowl because it is so off putting. Today I received sour tasting tomatoes and crunchy rice again.

Took this picture at 11:07am and the doors were locked. There were several other people trying to get in. Staff inside just ignored everyone at the door and wouldn’t provide an explanation why they were closed. Another time I went there they said they were out of every single meat option. When I can actually get food here it’s noticeable worse than other locations. This store needs to just close down so a business with basic management skills can move in.
