Very unprofessional I came in about 1 week ago at 10:30 pm and ordered 2 bags of large tortillas chips and came in today and ordered food and asked if they can give me the 2 bags of chips I payed for and manager and employees were laughing and telling me there isn’t a thing they can do about it and rolling eyes never in my life have I experienced such and unprofessional employee at a chipotle.

I’m really disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I got a salad bowl, and there was barely any lettuce in it. just a few sad leaves at the bottom. The portion of tofu was tiny, like they made it for a kid’s meal or something. I’ve had much better bowls here in the past but this one felt like they were really skimping on everything. Not the quality I’m used to, and honestly, not worth the price. Definitely not coming back anytime soon if this is the new standard.

This location consistently has extremely dry crunchy tofu. They don't properly rotate food, I have seen employees incorrectly rotate fresh hot food on top of food already in the pan several times. The drink station, tables, floors and bathrooms are always dirty. Unfortunately the youth working don’t have the guidance neccessary from leaders and management to understand proper food handling and restaurant cleanliness protocols. This location needs a serious food-handling refresher!

Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth, quick, and enjoyable. The convenience of ordering ahead and picking up my food without ever leaving my car is a total game-changer.
What stands out most is how friendly and efficient the team is. My order is always ready on time, perfectly prepared, and handed off with a smile. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in ensuring every customer feels valued, even in the drive-thru. I’ve never had to wait longer than expected, and they’re always polite, even during peak hours.
The food quality is consistently top-notch, which is impressive considering how fast they get it out. Visited Chipotle in Kennesaw, it’s a very nice restaurant located in the city not too big but enough space to dine in to have a quick bite if you don’t feel like doing takeout. Service was nice and fast and the restaurant was not crowded at all even on a Friday night plus outside was a bit cold so maybe that’s why but nice clean environment and there is a few options to choose from. My wife and I had the rice bowl with chicken and beans on the side and to my surprise it was very tasty. Overall it is a nice addition to the Kennesaw area in Georgia. Definitely recommend visiting them if you’re in the area and if you like Mexican food, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll update the pics shortly.

As many chipotle locations seem to not have all the items, this location is definitely one of them. Besides that, they are the stingiest place Ordered rice and chicken only, when the spoon had one tiny piece on it, just put on my rice, but no you can’t have it. The other person in my party ordered the brisket. He side he normally can’t finish his portion, but at this location, he left hungry.

If ur planning on going after 8 just go to moes across the street. They’ll be “out” of chicken or steak and “out” of things on the cold table. I just went and they were out of steak and cheese. I work at Willy’s, a similar restaurant to chipotle. You are never out of that stuff I promise. It’s just pure laziness. This chipotle blows dick
