I am absolutely devastated and completely disappointed. Imagine craving Chipotle so bad after being hungry for an eternity and the staff just tells you they are closed at 8:30? When it clearly states they close at 11. I’m just such in disbelief, also the rice is raw. Don’t come here .

This place is falling and failing fast. They are absolutely horrendous at making food on time. The whole point of the app and Chipotlelane is to avoid the lines yet this establishment has no clue how to move people along if their order isn’t ready. I was supposed to pick up my food at 8:10 and it is now 8:20 with a line completely around the building because no one’s food is ready. The lack of management and common sense here is astonishing. Wake up and fix the very basics of fast food, on time delivery of semi quality food with decent service. No one expects great service but now you can’t even get your food on a time.

My experience here each time I come in has always varied but it's Chipotle so get your food and leave has always been my thing, last time I was here was around 6.30pm on a Sunday and all the serving dishes were empty , they only had brown rice left, asked if they were making anymore rice or food lady said no, I should have known something was wrong when the app wasn't working , tried to place an order , they had limited availability of meat , and sauces , had enough beans for one plate and i had a 3 burrito plate order, the last straw for me was when he tried to get some beans and shredded cheese from the drive thru section and the guy goes don't touch my food go find yours and he returned to me saying sorry we out of cheese and beans , this was not even 7pm ,asked if there isnt any alternatives or if they making some dont mind waiting a few minutes, he replied no we are not this is all we got , ended up walking out

We really like Chipotle, but this store has been out of ingredients before and they don't give as much food as some other locations. Also, the chicken has been a little too spicy for the kids a few times. I wish it were consistently good. The service is usually good- but that only matters if your order comes out good.

Stopped here with my husband , and had excellent service. We were greared with a smile, and the staff was very friendly. I watched them behind the counters, and they all worked together nicely.I asked one of the staff members everyone’s.name , so I can do a review, bc it’s very hard to get great customer care these days. Shout out to the staff!Erick, Sam, Aaron, D’Andre and Kendall. Plus, I looked at their inspection, they received a 100%.Thank you for great service!

It just wasn’t good. Also this is the second time where I’ve been here and the service was …weird. Last time the girl checking me out like didn’t say a word or look at me while ringing me up immediately put my food to go when I was planning to dine in. Like why can’t you just ask? ?Today the big bearded guy was like too cool to acknowledge me or look at me when ringing me up or say thank you or anything. Am I like inconveniencing you by trying to get your attention for a damn water cup? You don’t need to be super cheery or whatever but I don’t know it’s weird. Every time I come in here I’m like damn what did I do to these people ? it almost feels personal

I ordered a Lifestyle Bowl and was so disappointed with the freshness of the lettuce. Plus, I asked for extra cheese and extra lettuce (which I’m kind of glad I didn’t receive), but did not even receive a normal amount of each. I’m not sure how this visually looked okay for your staff to distribute. Asking for no rice in a dish is already disappointing for most, but this pathetic looking lettuce just pushed me over the edge. #hangry lol Usually I love Chipotle, but it was a miss tonight. :/
Today I’m giving five stars to all the associates. They were very nice, respectful and kind. They always are smiling and down to earth. I would definitely recommend this location.

We always enjoy eating Chipolte's delicious food, and the servers are efficient & clean. The eating area is wiped down regularly. This is an extremely popular eatery & there is no doubt why!
This chipotle deserves so many bad reviews. I am a firm believer in the fact that chipotle is so much better with vinaigrette and for the past 5 or so years I have never had a problem getting it at other locations. I order online and ask for vinaigrette in the area where you put your name. They never give it to me. Also, when I ask in person, they are always somehow "out of vinaigrette". The workers always seem smug when they say it. I know you just don't want to give me the vinaigrette, and you are evil for that. 2 stars because this chipotle gives pretty good portion sizes for online orders, but those large portions cannot be fully enjoyed without vinaigrette. I drive out of my way and will go to a chipotle with no drive thru just to get my vinaigrette from non-stingy workers.
