Large signs advertising cola drinks for $.89 but they are actually $1.19; false advertising! I have brought the matter up to the store personnel for several months, and they blame upper management for lack of attention to price signage; other products don’t match pricing, too.

I went into the circle k on trickum and 92 one evening the young man he said his name was manny was more than a delight on a hard day. He has great customer service and even better conversation keep it up! I will always choose this store over the rest

Aside from a clean bathroom, there’s not much more than be said about the store. Absolute joke. Their computer system dictates the pricing , while their signage is another price. Absolute lazy associate will not adjust for advertise pricing and when they talk to you about it you’re wrong and you’re made to be at fault. very rude and disrespectful staffing

The pump line was damaged pouring gas over me, my clothes, and my motorcycle. After a week and a half waiting for the manager Meagan to call me back I call her only to be given another number (1-866-805-4357). This number is only for store or corporate tech support. I called the location AGAIN and spoke with another manager "Papi". This person is beyond rude. No empathy or care whatsoever that I was covered in gas at his location by his equipment. All I was asking was that I get compensated for my damaged clothes.

?This gas runs through my car like water in a desert. I thought I was tripping until I tried other stations and repeatedly compared it to this Circle K. Purely cheap gas, and it’s costing me more.

The Proprietor On Duty was Friendly and Extremely Helpful! Blake was Also Patient with Me while I decided to Order additional items, and even Offered Breakfast, Indicating He had just Prepared it and it was Warm and Fresh. Not Kidding, Customer Service Excellence was Present, and with a Smile! P.S. I Ordered a Breakfast Biscuit and it WAS a Warm 'n Tasty Treat! Thanks!
If I could I would rate them a 0. Went in last night on 1/16/2023 they had 2 people working Shannon an older man and a new employee female younger. I wanted to purchase packs of Malboro's and the price said $554 per pack multi pack discount. It rang up higher at $6.15 per pack. The new employee asked Shannon what to do he said that's the price that's an old sign. I asked if he would honor that price and he said he was too busy. There was only one other person in the store. I asked for his name and said I would be following up with HQ. His reply was "I don't give a s**** you were being rude. I said just give me one pack and was charged over $7.00 per pack. I said again why can't you honor the price that is displayed and I will do the multi pack. He said "NO". He raised his voice to me several times and was rude and obnoxious. The new employee that was attending to my sale just kept mouthing "I'm so sorry". I just moved to Georgia from Florida. This was my second day here. My son lives close by and I have visited this store many times and they have always been friendly and service with a smile. This man owes me an apology. I am 65 year old female that will never enter this store again until he apologizes. I was belittled and humiliated.

Hey guys I'm a assistant manager at circle k and I must say I absolutely love my job and especially all my amazing customers that come in and as for the store being closed for periods of time I seen it once and that was on Monday for 4 or so hours ,we do apologize for any inconvenience to anyone but our entire system was down other than that we DON'T CLOSE not even for holidays. I would like to say thank you to our amazing family customers everyday.

I would love to give this circle K of five star rating because when they're open, they are our number one convenience store that we go to. We love their sodas, their cinnamon rolls pretty much whatever they have, we get it. The issue comes in that you never know when they're going to be closed. When they say they're going to be back in 15 minutes there have been times it has been hours. You cannot count on them so we have almost quit using them. It's a long way to go out of the way for some place to be randomly closed. When she is open, the one lady is mostly rude.

Ok seriously what ever bad reviews anyone had given them are almost always false. I go there every day sometimes twice a day depending on where work takes me. They are friendly, accommodating, and are willing to help in any way. Just because the employees get their butts handed to them by impatient jerks doesn’t mean they aren’t doing everything they can for their customers. I love this convenience store and they rock. The bad reviews come from lonely miserable impatient people who expect everything for free. This place is awesome and if the employees ever left I would be devastated.
