I tried Crave based on recommendations from locals. The seating area is very basic. The burger was absolutely excellent. However, the beverage machine was not working properly. The staff tasted the off-flavor drink and said "it's been that way for a week and nobody else complains." There was no willingness to refund the beverage, only an offer for another glass to have something else - none of which I like or want. Disappointing. Given the availability of many other burger places that have tasty burgers as well, I wouldn't recommend eating here.

The burgers are fantastic! They are actually thick and they don't skimp on the toppings. They have great taste and AREN'T GREASY OR FATTY!! Finally a place that makes great burgers! PLEASE DON'T CHANGE HOW YOU MAKE THE BURGERS, WE NEED YOU! The wings are also delicious!

The outside appearance doesn’t give justice to the awesomeness is inside. They are clean, great health score, kind staff & helpful staff and delicious ? The Crave burger is amazing, the wings are perfect! I like them better than 5 Guys & they are reasonably priced. Great customer service & sad I haven’t come here sooner. It was quiet, had sports on but not too loud. We were a party of 8 and each was pleased with our experience. My mil had the Philly cheese & my husband tried a bite and loved it. I’ll try next time. It will be a regular for us all. Wanted burgers and thought I would try this place based on rating. Ordered take-out double cheeseburger and mushroom Swiss burger. Got home and cheeseburger was meat cheese and bread and same with other burger. Maybe I missed some instructions but order taker never asked. Very underwhelming.

Good burgers and their wings are the best I’ve had in Woodstock! The bun on the burgers is so soft and buttery it can be eaten by itself. However, the menu prices are not cheap. Wings and a burger will run you about $15 but it is quality food with friendly service. I will continue to patronize them and hope that they add a lunch special to the menu.
