First time ever at this place and tbh it was not our first choice, but my daughter was hungry and it this location is adjacent to my church, so it was the quickest we could get her fed for the time being.
Service: the young lady behind the counter couldn’t hide the fact that she would rather not be there at all. I told her it was our first time ever at Culver’s and if she could recommend something, she didn’t say a single word. It felt like she was upset we, of a browner skin tone were even there. Luckily there was no one behind us (I hate making people wait), so I scoped the menu and ordered a kid’s combo for my daughter and out of curiosity something for myself. She simply took our payment and gave us a table flag.
The food: upon getting our order, which looked nothing like the picture, I noticed the burgers are identical to those of Steak and Shake. The fries were pleasantly crispy, but felt greasy and I could taste the oil. The soda was okay, but that’s not hard if you keep your fountain sockets clean.
Upon returning to the counter to get the custard that came with my daughter’s meal, we landed at the same register and the service was no different. The young lady seemed annoyed we were back.
Needless to say, I don’t plan on ever visiting that place again. If I could rate with less stars I would.

Got concrete mixers thru the drive-thru, so atmosphere doesn't apply, but felt it was a bit pricey. Delicious, but a splurge.

I visited quite a few Culver’s in the south, I can’t help but to think this restaurant is strictly for Caucasian’s. I don’t feel welcomed as a person of color visiting any of these establishments. I guess it’s just how it goes in the south. I’m learning, but will still visit and break the racial barriers. Food is good, and not too salty. Thanks for serving me and my family.
