This location has been having more downs than ups, with a few bright spots to make the next visit potentially worthwhile. Last night may have been the defining factor to never return as they are clearly out of a downward spiral and into a burning wreckage. When pulling up to the drive-through at 9:15p, the employee advised that there would be a 30-minute wait. It doesn't even take that long to make tacos at home, so what in the world could have precipitated such a situation? They have frequently been closed earlier than advertised(by hours), forgotten or incorrectly prepared food, or have just been plain inattentive to taking orders such that you have to repeat items several times. A typical amendment I would make to a menu item is to leave the lettuce off...that's it. It shouldn't be hard to understand leaving off one piece of a taco. Then again, this is a fast-food place that requires 30 minutes to prepare your meal.

Food was great. Staff was patient and very kind. My family is specific about how they like their food and the staff made sure everything was correct. I will definitely come back to this del taco when I'm in the area again.

Worker messed up our order even after I repeated it. Went back to counter to have a chicken quesadilla remade since they gave me just a cheese quesadilla. Charged me for a side of chicken which would not have been a problem but it was more than the difference between the two quesadillas. Then argued with me about it. To top it off after three different workers held the quesadilla, they used the same quesadilla that was previously made wrong and just added chicken instead of making a new one like any other restaurant would have done.Very rude workers. Want to argue instead of being nice to their customers.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS LOCATION!! Drive 5 more minutes and go to the location at Chastain Rd. The Woodstock Hwy.92 location is absolutely disgusting and the employees are rude as can be, if they can get off of their cell phones to even speak to you. On top of the lack of service, they limit you to ONLY (2) sauce packets regardless of how much food you purchase. We ordered 4 tacos and 2 orders of nachos and they would only give us 2 sauce packets. I then asked if I could purchase more sauce packets and they said "no, the owner is very strict and only let's us give 2 sauces per order." We will NEVER visit this horrible location again. With as filthy as this location is and the horrible customer service, Del Taco should close this location as it should be a complete embarrassment to the company name.

I used to like Del Taco years ago. Lived in Southern California and frequented often. However, this food was terrible. My son described the chicken tacos as tasting like what he imagined sweaty feet would taste like. Guy at the drive thru argued with us about the price of a drink, so we didn't get it. Drove back around and double checked that the sign by where you order, and it really did say what we thought.Never going back to this location ever again. Food sucked, service sucked.

We were excited to see a del taco. Haven't had one since we were in Arizona for vacation. The food was decent, but customer service was non-existent. Pretty much was told to take the bag, and they didn't care what was in there, then marched off without confirming what we had paid for and ordered.

I order my food and the kid behind the counter didn't know how to ring it up and then they lost the order and had to remake twice. No one apologize I will take my business hours for the browser officer with up and look like they're a couple hours old I'll just go to McDonald's from now on I can do the same Quality Food for

Del taco use to be my favorite. Not now. Extremely rude workers. Did not tell me the price just to pull around.. gave food out the window and did not say a word. Closed the Window it got worse but not falling beneath these employees level. never again. Don't get treated as I was.
I can't make a comment on the food seeing how I didn't get any service. Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes. You might want to adjust your hours if your employees are going to refuse to serve customers.

Pretty frustrated with my experience here. When I arrived and placed my order, I was told I couldn't order an item through the store. I attempted to place my order through the website, and my order wouldn't submit. I had to download the app, put in my order again, and go into the store to pick it up. The business is probably trying to push app installs but the experience has made me not want to visit the store again anytime soon. If I had not had my heart set on cheap tacos I would have just gone somewhere else.

Black Friday 2023, only 2 employees were working and they handled it great. Very nice, my order was exactly what I ordered. I love the crew at this place. Always very respectful, polite and my order always comes correct. Thank you!! My go to spot!!
