This is place is wonderful. We started with margarita and an old fashioned with a twist. I got the Red Snapper and shrimp and my husband got the Oxtail. The plantains were delicious.Our waiter, Daniel, was knowledgeable and personable. We also got an espresso and cafe con leche and flan. So good. I think we are going to Cuba for vacation. ;) I can’t believe they have been here for a year and 1/2 this is our first time. Live music 8-11 Fri & Sat. Ven y disfruta!!!

I was super excited to find this place on line BUT was a bit disappointed when we actually went for dinner. The staff was nice but they didn’t make mention of their Easter specials (like their bunny drink) so unless u follow them on social media u wouldn’t know. The place wasn’t really packed but our waitress kept disappearing. The food wasn’t the best. We ordered the breaded chicken steak with rice and beans… Stk was so thin it looked like paper. Beans had no flavor (straight outta a can). My kids had burgers, which were just fine. N my son had the croquette sandwich, which was ok as well. The menu isn’t really anything special but I’m used to Havana Harry style restaurants in Miami which have Huge selections. I wish they would have offered a little more variety with some authentic flavors. Overall I give them a 3 because ppl were friendly and the place is really nice. Maybe with some time their food will get better.

They must’ve listened to the reviews that the food was bland because it was great when I dined there. I grew up in Florida and I am a regular at Cuban restaurants. My son and I tried the empanadas, both chicken and beef and they were good. I wouldn’t say the best I’ve had but very far from the worst. I would order them again. My son had the Cuban sandwich for his meal and said it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches he’s had. He wouldn’t say the very best but again, up there in the top three in Georgia. Now, the Rabo Encendido… man.. that was insanely good. Tons of flavor on the stew and the meat was cooked so tenderly. Definitely some of the best oxtail stew I’ve ever had. We will be going back. I have to try the Ropa Vieja as that is usually my go-to dish for a Cuban restaurant and the one I make best myself.The service we were given in our visit was extremely friendly and kind. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. We will definitely be back again.

Walking in the place was dead so that was a red flag, and I couldn’t understand why because they place looks very nice and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. I got a Cuban sandwich because I love them and it was pretty darn good. I loved the bread and the black beans were awesome. The spicy oxtail was not spicy in the slightest.
My local Cuban spot. Mojitos will put you on your butt ... They are delicious. Food is wonderful, everything is always fresh, I have yet to have a bad meal here. Order anything from A to Z and you will like it.

February 10, 2024.(hostile environment)It was my first time going to this restaurant. I was there because I was invited to a Friends birthday party. The lack of personnel made the employees irritated. When I went up to the bartender before I could ask him what I wanted, he stopped me in the middle of the conversation and asked me are you going to open a ticket or do you have one already on the table? All this time while he was speaking to me, he’s throwing cups rags, completely disrespectful towards my person. I said to him that I will pay it right there and then he told me that it was a dumb idea because I was going to make him work harder so I told him to add it to my tab. At that moment I understood he was frustrated, so I left it alone. When it was time to leave with my family and kids, I paid my tab with the waiter that was attending me, because that was his instructions. At the last minute, my kids decided that they wanted an ice cream bar, So I got them the ice cream bar and went to pay it with one of the females.It was at this moment that he completely disrespect me the bartender, and said hey you, You did not pay me my tab I told him that I followed his instructions, and that I paid it with the waiter. He was furious! I saw the waiter and I called him over and I asked him did I pay you my tab, The waiter said yes, he told the bartender to leave me alone because I already had paid. So big argument began at the bar at one point I said I am going to leave and while I was getting in my car he popped out of the restaurant angry because he wanted to fight me so I got in my vehicle and left the area. I would love to speak to the owner of the restaurant. In case you don’t believe me look at your cameras.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at D'floridian restaurant, particularly due to the service provided by Eden, the bartender. His approach to customer service was notably poor, demonstrating a lack of basic people skills and courtesy. Dont think ill ever visit again. D’floridian restaurants must train their employees thst they are the representatives of this organization. Unacceptable treatment!
