I really like Domino’s I have no complaints on a lot of the stuff I’ve usually ordered but when I’ve ordered a New York style pizza it’s not the type of crust it’s supposed to be the size of the pizza

this is the absolute worst pizza place. ALWAYS backed up, ALWAYS late delivery, ALWAYS useless help inside the store. I’ve recently walked out of the store twice after waiting far after the pizza was supposed to be finished. This last time i thought ordering delivery might help but NOPE. Pizza showed up an hour and a half later cold to the touch. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else for pizza.

Tonight, we ordered a pizza from Domino's with the new "handmade pan" crust. The texture and flavor of this new crust is outstanding. If anyone is looking for a new pizza experience, consider trying this new crust. You'll be glad you did.
I feel bad for the guys working in the store. But it’s insane to wait one hour for a cheese pizza. Corporate should take a look at this and figure it out. Multiple people inside complaining about the wait.

They don’t have sitting arrangement which is not good for a customer in the winter. We have taken two veggies pizzas. They are using same meat pizza cutter for vegan pizza which is very bad.
I always have great service with these folks either pick up or have it delivered. I will say they do work their butts off in the heat with order after order after order. They are humans and not robots so cut them some slack if the pizza isn't absolutely perfect. I will say our food 99% of the time comes out fantastic.

I have been having issues with this dominos for months now with forgetting the icing for your cinnamon sticks. All I ever order is a pizza and cinnamon sticks, and almost 50% of the time the icing is forgotten. Every single time I call up there to tell them, I get immediate attitude.This young man this evening just tried arguing with me stating I didn’t purchase an icing when it’s a required option on app… and then yelled “BYE” and hung up, I don’t even know if he is going to bring the icing at this point. It’s awful customer service at this location. I would really like someone to contact me back on a refund.order placed at 8:30 pm

Barely cut and slice my pizza. I asked for them to put my wings through the oven one more time so they can be cooked linked and they refused. I paid for extra sauce and they did not provide to me. For some reason the Dominos on this area cannot get anything

Worst experience every time. I adore domino's, it's my favorite pizza. It's the only pizza I prefer to eat. Yet the wait time, quality or food, and care of pizza is more than disappointing. I avoid using this dominos in particular. The pizza is always cold, I have to wait at lest 20 minutes over the estimated wait time every time I order, and the pizza is not cheap. I don't mind paying much if I get the quality of food I'm paying for, this dominos does not reflect that. Staff is nice, but management needs redirection and a change. Very disappointed in the leadership at this location. Will never place an order here again.

I just walked inn for carry out but the guy who cut my pizza was rude and I think he lacks how to take care of customers.
