Have been ordering from this Dominos for about a year, at first it was solid run of the mill dominoes, hot pizza made right no issues. Not sure what has changed but, the last few months have been a bit painful. Orders often incorrect and or poorly made. Tonight drove me to post a review.
Total order, 3 pizzas, 1 cheesy bread and two pasta dishes. All three pizzas and the cheesy bread are undercooked and the dough is raw.
Maybe it's new ownership or staff but this dominos location has shifted from ok to good in its domain to avoid and replace with another competitor.

Delivery driver was too impatient to drive the speed limit so it Was following too closely to my car. At a traffic light, if proceeded to skip onto the opposite lane to pass me and Sped off.. With the road being wet tonight, not a smart move driving around with the company logo.

Very good, We came on 4/20 when it was pretty busy, the entire crew did really well to help everyone as quickly as possible. They gave us the best possible service! 10/10 recommend. Leo in particular had great customer service!
Ordered pizza and loaded tots last night, chase calls me and tells me they are out of tots and I said that’s fine I’ll take cheesy bread instead. He never once told me delivery was going to take over two hours. I called back again a short while later, and wanted to double check I ordered two garlic sauces. Again, no mention of my delivery being delayed. Finally I call back an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order to see how much longer it was going to be, to then be told it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. I told Chase the delivery app shows it was on its way, he had no idea where my order was or if it was on its way and told ME to call him back in 10 minutes to let him know if my pizza arrived. It was just unacceptable customer service. And all I got after expressing my frustration was “you can get a refund, sorry”. Obviously a refund is justified I just expected a little more professionalism but clearly it’s a poor managed restaurant.This is my problem, if you knew you were short on delivery drivers you could have told me that when I placed my order. Instead my family and I had to order pizza from somewhere else and wait even longer to eat. We don’t eat pizza often so when we do it’s a treat, and it was a real bummer to be treated like this.
