Not my favorite Dunkin.. ordered 10 munchkins and only got 5 and already had driven off so I couldn't go back (traffic and late) so I'll probably skip this location and go to my usual ones next time.

Was told by the woman at the window this morning (with red hair) that she couldn’t add things to the window when requesting to add a doughnut. Bad customer service and attitude.

We ordered donuts, water and bagel bites. My husband ordered the plain bagel bites and the everything bagel bites. The plain bagel bites had a very weird taste to them and were soggy. They reminded me of something that was freezer burnt and cooked. The donuts were good, which is normal for us when we order from them. The waters also had a slight odd taste to it as well. Not sure if the filters need to be changed or if it's something else. They are always fast and helpful at this location.

Drive through line moved fast, donuts were delicious and the employee got me a discount. Since I just started ordering individual donuts and ended up with a half dozen, at first the computer was going to charge me individually for each one but the employee caught that and rerun it up as a half dozen donuts, which ends up being about $2 cheaper than ordering them individually

Muffin was dry & hard, staff was rude when asked for a different choice! No worries, the customer.....I can Always cancel the transaction thru my credit card for your lack of customer service! Who owns this location? You might want to check your staff before the lack of customers take you under

Very clean inside and fresh selection even after midnight. We came in got a dozen of mixed donuts Boston cream,Bismarck creme, chocolate frosted, sour cream and one maple with two milks. Rob was very happy to pick out his favorites after a long drive. Nice sitting outside. Donuts were great we will be back.

I paid $9 for an iced coffee with espresso and were coffee grounds in my drink. Also a dollar of that was because they charged me for a pup cup for my dog. What happened to a free pup cup for your dog?

Drinks are never made right. The workers always have an attitude.
Place is always clean, I have not had any issues with employees or anything being filthy or gross. Am always greeted with a smile and everything comes out perfect! I recommend this Dunkin highly to others!

I shouldn't have to remind employees to actually compete my order and give me all of the items I paid for. Also no receipt was provided. There are other Dunkin's on hwy 92 that are run properly. Place was filthy too.

Everytime I come here I’m always served by Morgan, she is such a great employee and is always determined to make sure you get whatever you need before you walk out the door or drive away. She always has a great spirit when greeted by her and comes to you with a smile, such a friendly encounter and loves her job dearly. You’ll know who she is when you see her! Place is always clean and drinks and food come out just as expected!

I've order the bacon egg and cheese croissant from here every time and every time I'm disappointed. The bacon is barely cooked and they only give you bits of bacon (its not even the equivalentof 1 strip of bacon). No other location is like this. Also it's so hot you can't eat for at least 30 minutes after you get it.
