I’ve never got a coffee that was made correctly from this location. All the iced coffees, often taste like bitter swamp water, and they always forget to put the flavor swirl in my hot coffee The quality controller disestablishment is very poor, and the drinks are subpar. Not to mention the cold, careless people at the window, who look like they don’t even want to be there. I was assistant manager to a Dunkin’ Donuts in North Georgia so I am well aware of what the coffee is supposed to taste like and this is so far from it. It’s ridiculous. So sad.

The store says it’s open 24/7, but that’s a bald face lie. It really depends on how the workers feel on a given night. 2 out of the past 4 nights I dropped by, their lights were on but the workers just said in an annoyed tone: “We closed right now.”Also, one of the guys who work the night shift is always angry. Whenever he serves me, I don’t know if he’s going to give me my food or cuss me out.

Came here late last night ! Only one open near me in Roswell/woodstock area ! Great place to relax and do school work or regular work! Courteous staff very friendly. My chicken bacon was missing cheese but other than that small hiccup best Dunkin’ I’ve been to!
Really hate when I get sold iced coffee as cold brew. I even asked because it looked like iced coffee vs cold brew. And of course after I drive off it’s watered down iced coffee… disappointed. Wish I wouldn’t have paid extra for something sub par
Came here the other night around 8 and was met with the rudest drive thru attendant I’ve dealt with in years. I was greeted with a tone that sounded annoyed I was even there. When told they were out of the pink velvet macchiato syrup I asked what other kinds of macchiatos they had as I’m not familiar with Dunkin’s menu. And was rudely met with a “ughh just what size do you want?” And at that point I didn’t trust this person to make my food and drove off. When I told her this she said “Excuse me?!” In an angry tone. I’m a spiritual person and I believe that whatever we put in our bodies has energy and if the person making it has a nasty negative energy I do NOT want that in my body. I bet working here is no fun and everyone has bad days but you do not need to take it out on the customers.

literally have never had a single good experience here. the service is just the worst i’ve ever had. so rude, dismissive, forgetful, etc. it’s insane. earlier this week my mom and i came here at exactly 11pm (we were starving after seeing a show together), and rolled up to the window that says in bright neon letters OPEN 24 HOURS, and the man inside says “We’re not open at this time,” with no emotion, no empathy in his tone: nothing. i’m not coming back to the dunkin anymore yall have failed 20 times too many

Please train your staff to learn what the featured menu items are. Second time I’ve ordered a pancake wake-up wrap and received a regular tortilla wrap. Twice I’ve ordered the hazelnut chai iced coffee and received a black iced coffee with a shot of hazelnut. I used to come here all the time but I’m wasting my money paying for items and receiving something I didn’t order.

This Dunkin is one of the worst. I had a very bad experience with them and could not get a hold of a manger. They would not refund my money back and I was threatened. The employee would not provide her name. Don't waste your time

We stopped by here this evening at 10.35pm to get a cup of coffee and one donut. we get to the drive thru window and the person tells us to go via Uber eats because he is working alone. There was no line in the drives through and no one inside the store, not a single car in the parking lot either. He said "we are classed" and I proceed to ask him, it looks like you are a 24 hour store and it says you are open right on the front and he says again "I am alone here and the store is. Loses and use Uber eats" .................... totally confused by this !!!!
