The white girl with tattoos working the drive thru this morning was extremely rude, she looked so miserable to be there. I will not be returning to this location at least not in the mornings when she’s there. The other Hispanic ladies that work there are nice though.

This is my favorite Dunkin store, the staff is always friendly, the coffee is always really good and I love getting my sesame toasted bagels here. This is my go to store and there are 2 others that are closer to me, it's worth the drive for sure!

Visited the location 11/8/2024 and the young lady was amazing. It was pretty late in the day when I visited so I was amazed. Returned 11/9/2024 only a few hours later and the black older man with gray hair was EXTREMELY RUDE. He rolled his eyes and was very rude. I will not be returning to the location due to his terrible attitude.

Came here yesterday. Ordered a hot coffee and it was not remotely hot. Went back around for them to fix it and little miss attitude was so offended that I just came back to the window instead of stopping at her precious speaker. Remade my coffee and it tasted like hot water with heavy whipping cream on top. I didn't bother going back through because then I would have showed her my attitude. This location sucks. I knew that when I stopped. They never make anything right. But after yesterday even in a pinch, I will NEVER go back to this location. I'll stick with the best Dunkin around which is the one by 575 on bells ferry. This location can keep their nasty coffee and USELESS staff

I ordered their new refresher drink, the Tornado, with no ice. The cashier made the drink fully loaded with ice, ignoring my request. When I explained that I wanted it with no ice, she said that she can't make it with no ice. Why not, I asked? She said, "Because my manager said we can't make it without ice." She went to ask her manager for permission to make the drink without ice. She then returned with the drink, including light ice this time, which was her solution to my request for "no ice." The manager comes to the window and tells me that they CAN make the drink with no ice, but they can't give me more of the beverage. I never asked for more beverage, so I'm beyond confused. The manager then rudely walks away without resolving the issue. What in the twilight zone is happening? At this point I requested a refund because the drama for a simple request of no ice wasn't worth my blood pressure becoming elevated. The cashier gave me the purchase receipt and not the refund receipt, so I had to go back to the store for them to process my refund. I guess I would have paid for the non-iced drink that I never received ifbI had not paid attention to the receipt.
For anyone who prefers to drink their beverages at room temperature due to teeth sensitivity, digestive issues, or simply if it's your preference not to have your beverage diluted with a cup full of ice, go to Starbucks instead where they practice something that's very off trend these days - it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! SMH. ?

They hardly had any donuts for sale and what they did have was old. At 3pm the workers advised that they weren’t making any more donuts for the day. It didn’t look like they made any for the day at all because the donuts there were obviously not fresh at all. This is one of the newer Dunkin’ Donuts in the area but is by far one of the worst! Avoid this place and save your money. S/n their customer service is equally unhelpful. All of these locations are franchised so the most customer service will do is submit your complaint to the store owner and allegedly they’ll follow up within 2 business days. A total waste of time.

I went out of my way to go to this Dunkin because Gigi always makes it a pleasant experience! She always smiles and makes us feel welcome. Gigi deserves a raise!

The wait is always horrendous at this location, no matter how many cars are in line. My wrap is sometimes ice cold in the middle and my latte isn’t usually mixed properly. They have this short girl with dark curly hair that takes 20-30 seconds to respond after each item at the drive thru and still manages to get your order wrong at least twice, then disappears for several minutes at the window after staring blankly at you; the last few times she’s been working drive thru she’s made me late for work.

This one suuuuuuuucks. Had to repeat my order a million times, the screen NEVER showed the correct order (kept adding things I didn't even ask for), first place I've ever gone to where I've had to pay for pup cups (not a huge deal, only $1, but still the only time I've experienced this), and the drink I got was not even drinkable. Wouldn't be surprised if I got charged for those items on the screen that I was assured were not actually part of my order.

My wife ordered of the app just a few minutes ago. When she went to pick up the order, they had no idea what she was talking about. My wife verified the address of the DD that she ordered from and paid. It seems the employees told her that she was at the wrong location. No. She was at the right location per the app. They were nice enough to make the order and for that we are appreciative. The app stinks and it is not a convenience at all. We won't be doing this again.

When I was going to the bathroom, i was sick, the manager was VERY disrespectful and she yelled at me for throwing up. I couldn't help that I was suck in the bathroom because of setting they fed me.
