I mistakenly ordered at the wrong dunkin. I called a Rasheed said he would remake our order so it was fresh. He didnt have to do that considering it was my mistake. I am grateful!

Donuts are okay. But they need to replace their staff with nasty attitudes!!! I came through the drive thru on7/30/2025 at about 12:45 pm and the younger girl with dark hair was unbelievably rude & unprofessional!! She has no business working in hospitality! The girl who actually took my payment at the window was pleasant however. This employee will cause the franchise owner to lose traffic & revenue, Sad!

Bought bagels on 2 different days and found pieces of hair melted into the cheese. Workers do not wear hairnet. I hope they fix it. Also got a squeezed up bagel once. Looked like someone balled it up in the hand.

I ordered a coffee and got given some kind of slushee that tastes like nothing. I went inside to correct the mistake only to be greeted by Bree who was wearing headphones and gave me a blank stare when I told her the mistake. She then proceeded to ask me if I myself knew how to make a cappuccino cause she’s not sure. She said “it’s like a latte right” and I told her I’ll just take the latte cause I was already running late. I ordered the drink at 7:50 and as I’m writing this review at 8:05 I still haven’t received anything from Bree
I attended this store between 8.30pm-9.00pm this evening and was served by a younger, Caucasian female with brown hair. She was by far the rudest, most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered at Dunkin and I will be making a formal complaint to corporate regarding her behavior. She needs to either be retrained or find a job that is not customer facing.

The older, middle aged, heavyset African American employee is always extremely rude and unfriendly. I have actually stopped coming to this location purely to avoid interacting with her. She doesn’t greet people, she doesn’t talk to customers or acknowledge customers at all. When standing at the register to order, there have been occasions where it’s taken her over 5 minutes to stop what she’s doing and come to the register. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

The white girl with tattoos working the drive thru this morning was extremely rude, she looked so miserable to be there. I will not be returning to this location at least not in the mornings when she’s there. The other Hispanic ladies that work there are nice though.

This is my favorite Dunkin store, the staff is always friendly, the coffee is always really good and I love getting my sesame toasted bagels here. This is my go to store and there are 2 others that are closer to me, it's worth the drive for sure!

Visited the location 11/8/2024 and the young lady was amazing. It was pretty late in the day when I visited so I was amazed. Returned 11/9/2024 only a few hours later and the black older man with gray hair was EXTREMELY RUDE. He rolled his eyes and was very rude. I will not be returning to the location due to his terrible attitude.
