Nice enough location but the car wash next door is so loud it's hard to hear the drive thru speaker. They need to build a barrier to cut down the noise.

ive always had good experiences at this dunkin. the staff have always been pretty nice and my stuff comes out quick. however, i noticed when i was in there the other day their rating is a 70?im not sure why bc it always looks pretty clean to me but clearly there’s something going on for them to have a C rating?yikes!

I went through the drive thru, I was asked to pull around the front and my food would be walked out to me. They were fast bringing the drinks but forgot my food. After about 10 minutes I waved them down and asked for my food.... they had completely forgotten about it. That's when they offered a second Pink Velvet Machiatto as a peice offering and gave me someone else's forgotten order. As you can imagine it was soggy from sitting out for a while... They were friendly and said they'd like to make amends and make me a new order however I couldn't wait because I was on a time crunch.The first Pink Velvet Machiatto tasted like the coffee was left out in the pot too long and burned. The second one I had was delicious!

This place sucks. Everyone's attitude sucks not friendly environment. They act like it's an inconvenience to them when it's your order time. The owner needs to look into shutting this place down or replacing the whole staff or shut it down I don't see how it makes any profits with the quality service and the quality of food is given.
