This place is more expensive than Starbucks, and the portion sizes are laughable. I ordered a $6 bacon/croissant sandwich that was about the size of my palm (I’m 5’2, 120 lb female) and the $6 loaded hash browns I ordered were disgustingly salty and the container was 1/4 way full. Next time I feel like blowing $15 I’ll save myself the trouble of going to DD and flush the money down one of my toilets at home.

I had a couple bad experiences over the last year here with some hostile ladies… so I was hesitant about going back … but SAGE an employee here who actually embodies the career and does her job and is kind and wants to provide good service saved the day. I will be coming back to this Baskin robins for sure now .

The morning manager woman is awful. She’s mad we are there and always rushing. And they charged .42 for a cup of water which is fine- but don’t get upset when I have to pull out my debit card to pay for it and it’s hurting your drive thru times. Dunkin on 92 if far superior, and way friendlier. I always regret stopping at this one because of her.

I got a tea, sausage biscuit, blueberry munchkins, and a water. My order was correct and delicious.
I went through the drive-thru and it went really fast despite there being at least 6 cars ahead of me.
Parking: You shouldn’t have a problem finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: You could bring your kids in.

Only one that I can get a cappuccino blast. Why is it, as I'm the ONLY one in the drive thru, then cars come up behind me, i see all their drinks being set on the counter but then I'm asked to pull up? 10 min later it comes. Then it has no whipped cream, which I asked for. I always do but 75% of the time they still don't put it on. 🤦♀️🤦♀️

I must say never have I ever received such phenomenal customer service through a freaking window. This young lady was beyond amazing. I believe her name is Aaliyah, thank you very much young lady. On a different note I can’t believe that such a huge establishment like Dunkin’ Donuts that operates 24 hours a day will close due to being short staffed, now trust me I completely understand if it was your local coffee shop in the neighborhood but in this situation, your staff should be rewarded for such phenomenal work I really hope that pay for these hard-working employees isn’t being deducted when things like this are completely out of their control. ownership needs to get it together, and for all you inconsiderate, entitled people that take situations like this out on the employees submit a application before being disrespectful to them and put yourself in their shoes.
