The chick working the drive thru window in the middle of the night on a Friday morning was awesome. She was accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, personable yet professional. And best of all, she wore a real smile. Real! Like genuine. Truly made my day! If i had cash she would've gotten a really good tip!
The food was ok, not like it used to be ...the eggs taste like their fake, powdered, inmate eggs, not real chicken eggs.The bagel was hard enough to hurt my teeth when i bit into it, even though i normally have no pain in my mouth when i eat something that i really need to chew. The bacon was cooked exactly how i like it. Not too overdone, not too crispy, kind of chewy. The everything bagel was my first choice but sadly they were gone so i chose a cinnamon bagel instead. I should've gone with the croissant. I used to love them. The hashbrowns have a good flavor to them. The coffee was made to perfection as i ordered it. I'm really happy about the $6 meal deal. Glad they brought that back, offering affordability while still satisfying my appetite. I'll also add that this Dunkin location used to be the only one i went to until i moved near the one at canyon & Piedmont. The food here in Woodstock is much better and the service speaks for itself. Keep it up and I'll continue to drive the extra few miles for my vanilla iced coffee fix!

It was the worst service I’ve gotten anywhere! The cashier gave me the wrong drink and when I returned the drink for the drink I asked for she turned around, fixed the correct drink laid it on the counter and walked away. She never apologized. While I was placing my order she was on the phone. The bread of the donut was hard and very little filling. Never again at this particularly restaurant. Also, not sure if she owed me money back for the difference of the two drinks. She made me feel like I invading her space.

I'm an early customer with dairy restrictions and unfortunately almost every time that I've ordered ahead for breakfast, it's made wrong. I've had to turn back around after leaving and got in the habit of checking for cheese on a No-Cheese sandwich after picking it up because it's never done right. Maybe this place is great other times of the day or ordering in-person, but it's frustrating always having my order be wrong when I order here. Will be switching to another Dunkin
