Girl was courteous and quick with food, drink was good but both of our Croissants sandwiches were at best day, old and cold or seemed like it! Looks and tastes were appealing or appetizing for the money!

I went there Saturday around 6pm. Both girls were extremely nice, and the iced coffee was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, and sitting outside, I was surprised it was just as clean. One of the BEST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be back.

The girl with the black jacket, black hat, black hair in a low bun is rude. Couldn’t even complete my order cause every sentence she would say “is that it” or “you can pull around” like I’m not done ordering………. I will at the coffee was good but service was not it. Id rather go to Wade Green location.

Never have raisin bagels or cinnamon or anything that is not plain. Today bagels were not even cut and ready. This location always made me waste my time. Bad management.

They must be reading the reviews because I came in at 12:45 today and the store was clean and friendly! Not sure if they were short staffed today but the owners were making orders and they were still handling it all with quality service! Food is hot and delicious and they even managed to get crispy edges on the hash browns! The owner tried to give me a better price but I wanted the psl so it didn’t apply to the current deal but the fact that he pointed it out showed a lot to me. Y’all need to try the apple cider donut while it’s here, DELICIOUS! (Also if you’re worried about the food grade, it’s a 91 babyyyyy ??)

I went inside this morning. Three people working, two at the window, one at the register. The woman running the front register obviously knew the person she was assisting. Talking about the Sonny's reopening in Acworth etc. Never once did she acknowledge me, knowing I was stand there, as she looked at me several times while continuing her personal conversation. After almost 7 minutes, I left. Most of us that stop that time of the morning are headed to work. But it was obviously more important to have a personal conversation. Really really poor service.

Ordered a bagel and they slapped cream cheese on one side and didn’t bother to spread it. Didn’t even put enough on it for both sides of the bagel
