Stopped in for coffee at around 5am today (11.18.25). Coffee was on par with Dunkin Donuts standard but the lady working the window was exceptionally friendly and polite especially for 5am so shoutout for that.

Night staff don’t seem to have things under control and are rather rude. At least the food is okay. You could do worse but this is definitely the second fiddle Dunkin to its superior Towne Lake counterpart.

The chick working the drive thru window in the middle of the night on a Friday morning was awesome. She was accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, personable yet professional. And best of all, she wore a real smile. Real! Like genuine. Truly made my day! If i had cash she would've gotten a really good tip!

The food was ok, not like it used to be ...the eggs taste like their fake, powdered, inmate eggs, not real chicken eggs.The bagel was hard enough to hurt...
