Do NOT order delivery from here. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery and it has taken almost 2 hours or longer to get my smoothie. I live 12 min away from the Woodstock location and every order I’ve placed the ETA is within 20 min of my order placed time. And then it just never shows up and I have to call the restaurant multiple times to find out what’s going on. I love their smoothies but it’s really frustrating to wait so long and by the point I get the smoothie, I’ve found something else to eat. Paying $8+ dollars on top of the smoothie cost for delivery fee and service fee and tip is the cherry on top to the whole fiasco.

Love EDEN. Refreshing, healthy and delicious. Staff are always cheerful, accomodating and kind.2023 Editing, because recently I have not been pleased with products ordered. Seems to be the norm now, when ordering bowls the frozen pitaya seems to be only about 1/4 cup, once even 1/8 cup and then 1/2 cup or more granola b4 fruit. Truthfully, I would prefer more of the frozen and less of the granola as they did when first opened!! Just saying.

I have noise sensitivity now, and everyones whispering, the music is down low, the only issue is the blender that can't be helped ???. This is a smoothie place what do you expect, it's gotta have blenders so I just cover my ears :)

Our first experience at Eden and we’re so impressed! We got the strawberry bliss and it was easily the best smoothie we’ve ever tried!! We also go the super hew-man juice. Incredible. Beautiful facility and great staff.

I tried to redeem a $15 gift card received from a survey I completed for Eden and they refused to honor it because they switched cashier systems. The teenager that was the on duty manager didn't even apologize or try to resolve, just said there was nothing she could do. That was ridiculous service and you never refuse a valid gift card just because your cashier payment system changed.

To be honest, the reviews I read hyped this place up! The OG bowl was OK, but it really wasn't all that! Maybe I should have tried regular granola or something, but they had this new gluten-free granola and it just threw the taste off for me. I spent almost $15 and I honestly could have saved it. The blue lemonade is good though!
