Came home with my Philly cheesesteak sub. When I opened it up, it was still warm. Try to take it out of the box. The entire bottom of the bun was falling apart. Not sure what all the liquid was, but it made the sub so you couldn’t pick it up everything was nasty. You had to take everything off the sub and put it on new bread in order to eat it. The worst Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life wouldn’t recommend nobody ever buy this!

Usually always like the sandwiches, mostly get one kind of sandwich and the hot sauce bar is my favorite. Love their drink station.
Parking: The parking lot is small, can get busy during some hours, usually we can find a spot to park, just be careful for traffic.

When I walked in nobody said anything and I just got a few stares. Walked up to the register and said what's up, guy said nothing and just tapped the screen (if he did say something it was to quiet for me to hear). All of that is whatever, I can overlook that. But the food i got was not good at all. The meat tasted like it was being re-used, some really tough bits I couldn't chew through had me taking apart the entire sandwich. (Keep in mind at the kennesaw location the meat is perfect). Then the sandwich was soaked in dressings, so much so, that the bread was soggy and falling apart by the time I got home (6min drive). Not sure if it was just the people working this morning/afternoon, but it was not good.

I'm about ready to give up on this location of Firehouse Subs. It would be nice if the owner would respond. Almost every time I've ordered from them, there has been something missing or incorrect. I don't like to be one of "those" people so I just chalked it up to them being busy and let it go. Today's order, I just can't. My *New* French Dip came without the au jus, which is kind of key to the sandwich, and NONE of our sandwiches had pickles, again. I have called and called and called and they are apparently not answering the phone today, leaving me with no way to fix it without having to drive down there. When you place an order with a restaurant and spend $$$ on sandwiches, you expect to get what you ordered and paid for. Very frustrated at this point at both the, yet again, incorrect order and the inability to reach them on the phone. Order at your own risk. You might get what you wanted, you might not. And you're out of luck if you don't.

The sub was awesome! And so were the employees who greeted me as I entered. The tables were clean too compared to jersey mikes. This was my first time eating a sub at Firehouse and I will definitely go to this location next time!
I went for lunch, and went to wash my hands and the mens room have a strong marihuana smell i saw an employee with getting out and i can tell he was high, horrible experience, also my sandwich wasn’t prepared the way i order, I’m not coming back to this location

This is the worst Firehouse! If you want ALL of your food and exactly what you ordered. DO NOT come here. I quit going to this location on hwy 92 3 yrs ago, but this time my husband went here. As usual, this location was a bust. I can’t have gluten, which is still advertised in the menu inside. Wrong! Apparently they don’t anymore. I also can’t have dairy, which my husband specified very clearly. When he got home, my unbreaded meat and salad had cheese all over it. At least they didn’t screw up the pickle. I guess because they do not make them. Oh yeah, to add to that frustration, we paid for Mac n cheese for our daughter. It never made it into the bag. Firehouse on Hwy 92 in Woodstock next to 575.
