Food was terrible my fries were half cooked. Customer service was terrible they acted like they didn’t care. I asked for ketchup packets but they didn’t give it to me due to me so call not ordering anything so i had to buy a $2.99 bottle of water.

Friendly service but food is terrible. For $15 we got a frozen patty burger. Paid for two doubles got all singles. The $8 shake was just ice milk and strawberry syrup blended up. Really bad. And the tea tasted like they’ve never cleaned the container. ? We should’ve went to five guys.

Worst sweet tea and worst burger I have ever had in my life. Not exaggerating. When I walked up to order and seen the cashier wearing his little bow tie I thought I was gonna get a fancy burger that was delicious. Ordered a double and only got a single. 50 bucks for 3 burger meals and a milkshake. Total waste of money. Don’t go out of my way to argue so ate a few fries and left. Never again though.
Prices advertised on their website need to be updated. Everything is $3-5 more than online. Vegan burger was cold. Not worth $10. I paid extra for gluten free bread, as well as avocado. They had neither. Plus, according to the kitchen staff, they've never had avocado and they don't know why it's on the menu...... I do not recommend!

Actually went to FresqO Wings...not worth the price. The Chicken wings are way over priced for the small wings you get. Do NOT get them, you'll be disappointed.

Service was friendly and great. The food was akin to something you'd get at a HS football game. The burgers were subpar, over cooked and not worth the price. I don't know how this place is still in business. The last place that was here was great. I don't know why they changed and now almost every food place is owned by the same company. They need better choices and selection. Added, I think some the 4/5 stars are paid actors. There's no way the food is 5 stars. There are more negative reviews than positive and all the negative ones say the exact same thing. Go to Marlow's across the street or Five Guys or even McDonald's is better!

What an absolutely terrible place! The food was cold, poorly cooked, and the employee making the food wouldn't acknowledge customers trying to pick up food. The food just sat there getting cold because the heat lamp wasn't on and there was a fan blowing on the food while the unresponsive employee refused to acknowledge customers picking up food. This location would be better served by a vending machine completely replacing the single employee because the service was THAT bad. Go anywhere else other than the food court to get food at the mall.

I just had a smoothie from here. Needed a healthy pick me up…the smoothie tasted rotten and fermented from bad fruit. I threw it out around the corner.
