Ghirardelli Chocolate Outlet & Ice Cream Shop

Prices went up recently. Way up. A treasure island sundae is now $17! That is just ridiculous. Even $9 was a bit high but $17 now, forget it. I was one of many today who walked in, saw the new prices, and walked out.

Spent more the $5 for a small hot chocolate, thinking there would be some type of dairy or substitute for dairy in the drinkThey use water to dilute the h9t chocolate.It's a little disappointing.

Helpful staff and great selection. Do t forget to grab a drink on the way out. Start the holidays with this place.

Kid-friendliness: Things are very easy for children to pick chocolate, neat ideas and monthly specials.

My all time favorites stop after shopping. I love the thick shakes here. Perfect for the summers. The service is quick and they do offer water here. I cannot imagine a trip the outlet without visiting Ghirardelli.

One of the staff members did not seem happy with her job and was taking out the frustration on customers.

Let me just say that our experience here today was fantastic. The two girls working (roughly around 6pm) were super friendly and honestly seemed excited about their knowledge of the chocolate and menu. Top that with the sundaes we got and I'd say it was a damn good little visit!

I got a non dairy type ice cream treat. It was ok. I think dairy would have probably tasted better. Wasn't too crazy about their prices either.

What can I say if I love and I'm crazy about chocolate and this site is spectacular, it's for losing my diet hahaha... Really great...

The best chocolate shake ever!!! Pricy but delish.

Ghirardelli a big outlet and cafe for coffee and chocolates.We had Americano, hot chocolate and white moca. Didn't like the taste and also they were not hot enough to enjoy in cold weather. Seating is are is too small and cramped.
