One question, why in the world don't you pay someone to brace up your floors, ridiculous to have a place like this with the flooring shaking constantly with your waiters running around!

Have been to Ipp’s many times just for lunch/dinner and for special occasions. Never disappoints! Came in over the weekend and even though it was very busy, the food and service was excellent as always. The manager, Marina, checked us during our meal and was a pleasure to talk to. Food and drinks were great, and we had plenty of leftovers to take home. We will definitely be back!
