This place consistently uses old bread for their hot subs – disgusting, and cheating customers by doing this. Every time I order from other locations the bread is fresh. Avoid!

Will not be coming back. This was the second time I’ve come to this location and the older manager has the worst attitude and is so unkind. I end up leaving unhappy. I don’t even want my sandwich, and I love sandwiches lolI feel incredibly sorry for the two younger boys working there they are so nice! It doesn’t look like an healthy work environment for them. Until management changes I will not be coming back to this location.

Great staff! I showed up 10 minutes before close not knowing it was near closing time. Staff were still friendly and helpful. And food is always great here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly

Would give negative stars if that was an option because of how I was spoken to from the moment I walked in by an employee named James. It was apparent the other two men were a little taken back by his blatant disrespect and tone by me asking a very simple question as someone who had never been to Jersey Mike’s before. Ironically enough, he didn’t speak to the men ordering in the same tone or with the same amount of frustration (to the point that I verbally apologized for frustrating him over the request and felt like a burden by even existing in the establishment). And when my husband walked in the door his demeanor shifted as well. Conveniently. He has no business working in an environment where customer service is important. The other two male employees were very sweet and even offered me a free sub for how James acted.

I’ve been to this Jersey Mike’s many times, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but this time, the older guy behind the counter (James, i think) was SO insanely rude. he started off by rolling his eyes when I requested gluten free bread (allergy, not preference). huffed and puffed the entire time. He made my sandwich, and then when I asked for toppings (GOD FORBID, right??) he says is there ANYTHING else?? … and practically threw my sandwich across the counter. He was even yelling at the other girl working while they’re were other customers present. i will not be back to this location

I go to this location because I always have a great experience with today being one of the best. Greeted with hellos and smiles, even looking at me while they were fixing other customer's subs. Guy behind the counter made sure they made the subs and extra condiments the way I asked for on the app. Very nice, helpful and friendly. Took the food to go on a picnic because it was a nice day put. Thanks, Jersey Mike's Employees.

James was training a new hire. As I was scanning over the menus, James condescendingly told the new hire to fix her slicing techniques. #redflagno.1That was something I felt like he could’ve told her later, when there were no customers in the store.once it became time for me to order I requested a number 42 without chipotle, mayo, James turne that into some other number that worked for him to understand it better. I was fine with that. I just wanted it understood that I wanted chipolote chicken and no mayo. James, felt the need to show me the chipotl mayo, squeeze bottle! Very condescending! As if I didn’t know what I requested to remove off my sandwich. I told him then that we shouldnt still be at this point all over a sandwich.I also asked that he remove the peppers and that’s when I think things took a turn for the worse!I went to sit down to wait my sandwich being made. when James was done with it, he wrapped it up and put it in a brown bag. He skip the whole offer of condiments and just told me my order was ready! so I asked him can I not get any condiments? Am I not able to have those on my sandwich?He just threw his hands up and was over the situation. I told him to keep the sandwich & walked out. Its better jersey mikes and jobs out here! I will not be back!

Having Celiac Disease is a nightmare when it comes to eating out! Thanks to Declan tonight was different- when placing my order tonight he asked if my gluten free order was preference or an allergy. No one usually cares enough!!! My family who are not GF places their order- he advised mine would be made last- I joked with him that’s how it always happens I amNever first!!!! Guess what??? He made mine first!!! My daughter was asking 10 questions and he made her feel so special! Such a special asset to the team! The other gentleman there tonight also was top notch! Overall awesome experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free- celiac disease
