Came in for a quick salad to go. Tuna was made with large chunks of celery and tasted different than other locations I’ve visited. Not terrible but definitely not what I expected.Employees were pretty rude. No welcome in or hellos/pleasantries. I was charged $1.25 extra for cheese without warning. Seems the recipes and pricing at this location are different from others in the area. Definitely ask clarifying questions throughout the building process to avoid surprise up-charges if you go here.

Love coming here!! Always super clean & fast service, and the employees are always super helpful. One specific employee, her name is Ashley. She’s very sweet, and super fast. Don’t know how long she’s been working there, but she’s a keeper!!

The last two times I have ordered subs from this Jersey Mike’s location. The bread has been stale and tasted old and our subs have had less than half the meat we are used to getting on our subs from Jersey Mike’s. We will be frequenting another location from now on.

Attention - Owners/Managers of this location!I love Jersey Mike's but your location deserves this rating. You have created new ways to upset customers.I've been a patron of the chain for 15+ years, but this location will never see another dime of my money. I was in the area and decided not to drive to my usual location. Big mistake.#1 - When I asked a regular request to have a sandwich put on the grill for a few minutes, the 1 person working said, "we can't do that. The owners said no more cold sandwiches on the grill." I explained that I've gotten the same order at multiple JM's for over a decade, but she refused. I never make this request when it's busy as I don't want to delay others, but I was the only patron in the shop. No one else was there. Seriously, you can't put a sandwich on the grill for 60 seconds? Fine. That's your choice. I can choose to never buy anything there again, and after 15 years of patronage, I'll go to my regular JM and not yours. Your loss.#2 - I normally tip 25%. I didn't tip at all at this location. Guess your policy hurts your workers, which is a stupid management strategy on your part.#3 - Your shop is not that great of an option to even get into and get out of with the traffic nearby. Do you really want to create dumb policies to alienate loyal customers even more? Apparently you do.Parking: Very crowded shop plaza with traffic bad at all entry points. In other words, this place cannot afford to turn customers away on some stupid management ego trip decision that they have created.

I love Jersey Mike's food and have been a customer for over 15 years. That's a LOT of sandwiches bought for myself and my family. But today I made the mistake of trying this new location out since I was in the area.Big mistake.The owners have created a policy of "no cold sandwiches are to be placed on the grill" when I've been ordering the #6 to be put on the grill for over a decade and no other location has refused. As a result, the roast beef tasted super rare and disgusting.Nice job with your egotistical policy because now I will never come to your location again. The only reason I tried it was because I was nearby and I love the chain. And I didn't tip your server when I normally tip 25% so you have effectively screwed over your workers as well. 15 years and tons of money spent = it's all going back to other locations, not yours.

I love jersey mikes. Unfortunately the one closest to my house is horrible. 92 amd trickum in Woodstock ga. Brand new location and they show it. I never have a bad experience with jersey mikes except this one. Every time. Avoid this location.

The customer service from the team was not the great. They made subs without asking if we wanted to add pickles, oregano, nothing.And we got a sun that was made for someone else I’m guessing because it was on the back on the counter/ table and they were lost on the orders. They just handed one that was made because it was the same. And employee just said sorry I didn’t know you wanted to add anything else.I replied well that’s what customers service is about, asking the client if they want anything else. Didn’t like my comment. But I don’t think I am wrong.

My wife ordered a gluten-free sandwich, but when it was delivered, we received gluten-free bread that was obviously purchased at a grocery store and not made in house. My wife has severe allergies and intolerances, so just switching out the bread without telling us was not the right move.Additionally, the bread (see pic) is in segments. I'm not sure if this is even the right size for a giant, but regardless, it wasn't even cut. I had to cut it myself, because it was a long, meat and cheese wiener with bread slabs on it.Because of my wife's allergies and intolerances, I ended up eating the sandwich, but I hate gluten free bread, so I had to use my own sliced bread.In short, we paid $20 for a giant sandwich that might not be the right size, has the wrong bread, and wasn't cut. If the store communicated that there would be a change, we might've been able to work this out, but instead, I'm eating a floppy sandwich wiener with gross bread.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs, they are my favorite sub place too go to - and sandwiches are my favorite food!I just left this location and??every ?? single ?? employee ??was SO NICE!! Each interaction was pleasant, the service was quick, the smiles were big! The air conditioning inside was perfect because..Georgia heat, am I right? Bravo y’all. I’ll change the direction I’m heading and go out of my way to come here again, even if the entire shopping center parking lot up to the end of Kroger is cordoned off for asphalt work. ???

Just got out of this Jersey Mike's. I ordered my hotsub online for a 10:45 pick up. When I arrived early at 10:38 my oder was ready but cold. And the cook (a short white male) made fun of my name as I picked up. And because I included my tip in advance I already tipped for crappy service. I won't be back. Don't go here
