Sat at the drive though for over 6 minutes and no one took my order. When I pulled off I heard hello. Mind you no one else was there but me.

Messing up orders and delivering to wrong houses but they’ll offer you a credit for less than what you paid. Don’t bother trying to talk to the owner either. He’s usually on vacation and the GM is a stiff. Get Jersey Mikes.

They put like 2 pieces of ham on my sandwitch, like 4 onions, and 6 peppers. Tasted more bread than anything.

This is the slowest Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. Not sure why I keep coming - just because it’s next to the Target I go to but every time I’m in line I regret it. Anxiety.

Ordered a VITO sub and I asked DOES MAYO come on there (which it doesn’t come on there) , I asked to add hot peppers and extra oil and vinegar. Instead I got mayo, guacamole and no hot peppers. Just arrived to my destination to eat because I’m starving I can’t eat this! Now the business is closed and I can’t call. Management please contact asap.

They always have an excuse on why the food is not correct. Under staffed is not a reason the food should be incorrect? If your going to advertise "Freaky fast" it shouldn't take 50 minutes to arrive, resulting in it being soggy. I am so over this Jimmy john location. If you are wanting something delivered quick and correct, I'd advise you to go somewhere else or a different Jimmy John location.

Decided to call the store at 50 minutes in and still no delivery. Found out that it was assigned to Uber eats and they couldn’t give me a time when they would be here. Not sure what’s going on with this location. I did call the corporate office and they weren’t interested at all in hearing my feedback. So apparently the corporate office does a poor job in supporting the franchisees. It will be very difficult for me to order from them going forward. I think Jimmy John’s has lost their way in the “freaky fast“ tagline… They should come up with something that actually reflects their current service level.

Talking sandwiches here. When the staff gets it right it’s great. Last two times my order was wrong. Will def get a new restaurant into rotation for work unfortunately.

Night shift Manager(Cameron) very RUDE!!! SHOULD LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE 101..He took my order for deliveryat 6 :02pm told me it would arrive by 6:25pm. 6:44 pm I called inquiring about my order .. IT WAS THEN THAT CAMERON CHOSE TO TELL ME HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY DRIVERS..Why?? He should have explained this to me when I called to order and gave me the choice to pick up or order somewhere else . Then he goes on to explain that a third party would be delivering it. I called back at 6:58pm.. still no delivery. Then I asked to speak to a manager..which is when Cameron stated he was the manager.. I preceded to ask for GM information.. He gave me a fake name and number. But!!!! Information isn't hard to find!! Absolutely ridiculous!
