The place looks great and I’ve been here 3 separate times to try and order a sandwich, which has resulted in nothing. The first two times I have visited they claim they are having distribution issues and have no product. The last time I have come here, it was before closing (which on their website says 9:30 pm -> which is now 6pm on google -> on their door it says 5 pm) they are already closed down and no one there to do anything. Once again claiming no more product for the day and no staff to do the cooking.I had high hopes for this place and the fact I can’t even try their food on three separate occasions is actually ridiculous. Good riddance.

So, I drive 45 minutes to try out the place. Wednesday. Go thru the drive through and they are out of half the chicken selections at 1 pm. So my rating cannot be good and I won't make the drive again.

My sandwich was delicious, I got the fire in da hole Sammy. Loved it. Thought the waiver was a bit silly. Only 4 stars cause the soda machine. The coke was a bit under carbonated, so I filled up with blue powerade, which tasted like wintergreen and was absolutely disgusting. The drink honestly almost got you a one star. It was that bad. The sandwich was just that good.

They need to update their hours or something. I went on a Sunday and they were closed. we drove through the drive through and the hours were posted on the window and they were supposed to be open. Kinda disappointing bc their food is so good.

This is crazy!! This place SPECIALIZES in chicken fingers and fries. This was the worst meal. So disappointed ?. The chicken fingers were not cooked at the right temperature so it was rubbery and tough and the breading would not stick to them. The fries were also not cooked at the correct temperature and were cold and greasy and limp. Not crispy. The coke I got was flat. We eat chicken fingers all the time. These are the worst. Hands down.

Per the signage and website this location is drive through only. I placed an order online and it was successfully submitted and my card was charged. Only to arrive to the location and no one was there. Absolutely not one single worker. Customers should not be able to make and pay for Online orders as this location is clearly not functioning as “open”. I find it strange that they haven’t shut the doors for good instead of wasting peoples time and money.
I understand being short staffed but no excuse for poor service, extra long wait,messed up order, overpriced and burnt chicken do not recommend! This place was a complete strike out for me no redeeming qualities.

GROSS. We went around lunchtime and the lobby was closed “due to short staff” the food we received looked nothing like the pictures online. Chicken was way to salty and they didn’t give us any sauces (which we were charged extra for.) Fries are so greasy they stained the bag. We got a blue Powerade and it tasted like chemicals. I ended up not giving it to my toddler because it tasted contaminated.Overall bad experience. I only ate around half my meal and my stomach already hurts. Just avoid it

Staff was friendly but after all that and paying 16 dollars for a chicken sand and fries (no drink) the chicken was undercooked and the fries were cold. Wont be going back...

It's just alright which, given the number of options for chicken around here, isn't exactly high praise. I got the chicken and waffles. The chicken wasn't very crispy and the waffles were a bit rubbery.

I hate changing reviews I really do but this place has gone down. When I first had them when I ordered a chicken sandwich it was a whole chicken thigh, well seasoned and breaded. The service was great, loved the blond lady in the front and they were always open. Now it’s literally two very tiny tenders in a dry bun with no seasoning, they always are out of sides, and it’s hard to catch them when they are open. I had to spruce up my own sandwich at home. Seriously, what happened? Why is the sign always saying short staffed? This time the tenders weren’t even cooked all the way through, picture posted. Disappointed.
