The cream filled donut was practically empty, I got 1 bite of cream, the rest was air . We also got the raspberry cheesecake donut with no crumbles on it. We try this location every so often, hoping it maybe got new owners or management, but it’s still as bad as it’s always been. I will stick to the Rome location where the manager actually cares.

Went on a busy Sunday through the drive-thru. Tried to order a dozen glazed dots. They didn’t have them. So I decided just to get a dozen glazed donuts. They were out of those too. Wait. What? Krispy Kreme is out of their staple product? On a Sunday? Seriously? That’s like Arby’s being out of roast beef or McDonald’s out of french fries or Starbucks out of coffee. How terribly mismanaged does a Krispy Kreme have to be to not have glazed donuts. I thought I had heard it all until today.

I ordered delivery a few times and they never have raspberry filled. Its almost impossible to cancel because they either don't answer the phone and if they do, they put you on hold for a lifetime. Very disappointed in the service.

Y'all need some help keeping up with demand and cleanliness. I know it's hard with all these flavor changes/collaborations and wish you would just stick to your old menu offerings. Stop trying to compete with designer donut shops, that's not what y'all used to be about. Find your roots and go back to them and please bring back your chocolate glazed cake donut.
I'm not one to complain, but out of all the KK's hubby and I have visited,we had something odd happen. We both got a cup of coffee and his tasted like someone had put perfume in it,but mine was awesome as usual. Unfortunately we had to toss his out.Our dozen glazed donuts were fantastic though.

Went when the sign was RED with an out of country visitor...he ate approx 7 glazed in one sitting...holy cow!!
