I drive by here often and the hot sign is RARELY ON. I stopped by today because it was on, but the system was down and they couldn't do anything except ask me to wait.

Most people don't know this but if you go to Krispy Kreme you can ask them to cook your donuts fresh and hot you don't have to take the ones that are already there and you can ask them to run them through twice and get double the sugar and they'll do it.

Stood there for several minutes, no body spoke to me or took my order, I had to find out they are out of glazed from hearing an argument between employee and a customer, either way if she was being a mini Karen, you guys should have donuts available, its literally what you do

The donuts are good, but the service and cleanliness of the store leaves a lot to be desired.
When I went, I was the only customer and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There were at least six people working. A dozen donuts are $25. I'd rather buy them in the grocery and save the hassle.

Everytime we go here they dont have anything. We went there recently and they were out of everything. Whats the point of being open if you don’t have any donuts. The hot sign is never on either….ever
Most likely lazy workers dont want to make any fresh donuts and a poor ordering process.

Love Krispy Kreme, but something is off with this location. I am never able to enter the store, and they never have the decorative doughnuts available. Growing numb to the fact it's just how they operate this location. Disappointing.

& don't think copying and pasting your scripted "Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, REY" is going to solve your issues. Fix your operation from top to bottom, please.

I’m not sure what is happening at this location. But every time I go there is a problem. Today they didn’t have any original glazed. The other day their machine was broken. The other they put a hand written note on the door saying they were closed. The other they ran out of the glazed doughnut my son loves. Every time I visit this location there is a problem; which is why Im not going to waste my time any more. I wish the owners would get their stuff together and show more respect to the people who go out of their way for Krispy Kreme.

Atmosphere is crap! The place was trashed when we walked in. Employees have no knowledge of what can be ordered. Ran out of almost everything while not being anywhere close to closing. People walking out in droves without ordering anything.

I visited the store four different times in the past two months. Every time I visit there, they have almost no donuts! Even the glazed, that’s the main reason I go there. I walk out empty-handed and disappointed every time. Are they going out of business? I mean, if their main product is glazed donuts, and they never have them, what the heck? Also the staff was rude about it.

Zero stars for time management. I stood at the door for 5 minutes after they should have been open

Zero stars for courtesy. Someone finally opened the door at 6:05am who could have been a robber for all I know because the person was wearing a hoodie and no identifying KK anything.

Zero stars for active listening. When this person who never greeted finally asked what I wanted I clearly stated that I hade a scan code for 6 free donuts. This same person fidgeted through several racks. Finally came back with a box and then punched it into the register advising me of some ridiculous $11 charge. When I reminded her that I had a scan code, “oh our rewards system is down and…”. I couldn’t hear anything else because nearly 15 minutes of my time was wasted.

Zero stars for not taking care of the customer. It’s not the customers’ fault if your system is down. If the customer provides a legitimate offer that is in the app (primarily because of customer loyalty) then take care of the customer as opposed to allowing the customer to walk out the door with nothing. A total failed customer experience. Thank you Krispy Kreme.
