Little Caesars Pizza

I just spoke with a young lady working tonight who was extremely rude during my call. When I requested a customized pizza—and made it clear that I was willing to pay the price difference—I was told that I was “wasting her time.” Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.
Customer service requires patience and professionalism. If a request cannot be handled, the appropriate response would be to involve a manager rather than speak disrespectfully to a customer. The call ended with her hanging up on me, which was very disappointing.
This review is not meant to condemn her, but to highlight a need for better training so this type of interaction does not happen again with another customer. Thank you.

It's a clean restaurant with a good team. The hot and ready are both hot and ready.

For the second time in as many weeks I have r=tried to place an order with the young lady at the counter. 1: She doesn't know the menu and has no idea what I am talking about. 2: She doesn't speak english and doesn't understand what I am asking for... I had to point to pictures on the header board in order to get my order understood. Then pray it's correct, not like the first time I had this problem and just accepted the incorrect item because I had to get to work. Please fix this...

Boss of this location. Please don’t over cook the crazy bread. It’s not ment to be golden brown and crispy. It’s ment to be soft and smothered with garlic oil and Parmesan cheese. Plz don’t change the formula for a few new age hipsters, keep the old school formula that always made little ceasars great!

Tonight I ordered a pizza from this location. Normally they are great, but unfortunately not tonight. Tonight a young lady named Victoria made my pizza. The pizza had hair in it. I called to ask what could be done and I was told that no manager was available or on duty and that I needed to call back the next day to see if I could get someone to help me. The same staff that gave me a pizza with hair in it told me basically they weren’t doing anything about it and to hope for resolution with other staff. This is crazy. The middle aged guy is the one who told me this.
