I don't know where this place orders it's ground beef from, but after finding tiny bones in it two visits in a row, I never went back.

Amazing service!! Food wasn't. The chips weren't edible. The beans were watery, but the tacos al pastor were good.

We used Uber as Delivery, but the food was in the right time, good portions, they sent us chips and salsa and everything was amazing.

Really good Mexican food. I think it's some of the best in Woodstock, but we still have a handful more to check out. Can't go wrong with this and you'll enjoy the food. Prices seemed reasonable, and the place is clean, including restrooms.

So my husband and I went here yesterday afternoon. There were only one other table of customers when we walked in. The place was literally almost empty. The food was terrible and so was the service! I ordered a chicken fajita burrito and it was full of tomatos, very little chicken. I also had asked for no tomatoes as I do not like them! The beans were watered down and tasted terrible. I don't know if we went at a bad time but all the employees were eating while we were in there as well. They seemed to be more concerned about eating their food than taking care of their customers. We needed more drinks and chips and I had to walk over to the table where our server was eating to ask for the items we needed. She proceeded to be angry that I bothered her! Terrible experience and a waste of money. Will not be going back!?

There’s a better mexican spot down hwy 92 if you want to sit in. I’ve ordered los bravos before on uber eats and its solid, but recently the last 2 times I’ve gone there on sunday nights, it’s felt downhill. It’s been dead every sunday night I can remember, and it always seems like different staff.

0 problems with my server, she was very polite.

My biggest gripe is that, while most restaraunts have a specific menu item “fajitas for 2” and it will have the price next to it at like 26-30 or so, and I say that’s reasonable. It might even feel a little light and I’m like “okay bummer” but this place blindsided me with it being unlisted and charges $43 for fajitas for 2. I could let it slide if it wasn’t for the prior cheapskate stuff the chef/manager pulled on me.

So I order chunky house guac at $10, and I expect it to be guac when it comes out. I swear to god, what I got was like majority pico. Tomatoes/onions/cilantro with chunks of guac scattered around. It couldn’t have been more than 2 small avocados or 1 large. Considering the price at $10 and I am assuming max $2 avacados at restaurant price, I feel that they are robbing us blind pulling a stunt like this.

So I send it back and I say “hey, could you please put more avacado in there?” And the waitress said no problem. The manager (im assuming) comes out of the kitchen and hands it to me. I would not be making this post if I didn’t have this ringing in my head the whole experience. He said “Avacados are expensive rn”.

Let’s analyze this. While it may be true, yes the price of mexican imported avacados may be more expensive, it feels unprofessional af to use that as your reasoning to blatantly lowball me.

If this business wasn’t trying to pull a quick one on the community around them, the appropriate move would be to charge what you need upfront, list the prices, and deliver what is expected.

The spot closer to the interstate actually provides what you pay for. Even if it’s hypothetically listed slightly more, I wouldn’t feel swindled.

Maybe they could’ve just thrown in canned guac to mix with the avacado chunks, idk. Even that feels like it would have been a tall order for them.

Oh and I was given the option of 16 or 22 oz and I think I was given a 32oz, which is fine, I would have paid and been happy. But it somehow conveniently lines up with another upcharge, and then a lowball. Strategically, this place is nickel and diming.

I feel, based on the lack of foot traffic I have seen, and the bumpin restaurant down the road, and the very noticeable drop in quality that this place is getting shady. Hope it can survive the pressures and turn it around, because I used to really like our Los Bravos.
