Los Bravos Mexican Restaurant Woodstock

We came in at about 8:30PM on Sunday. Their website shows they are open until 10pm. The place was dead but we opted to sit on the patio to enjoy the nice weather. We were rushed from the moment we walked in. I guess they wanted to go home early?

We ordered a margarita and dinner, and at about 9:25 the server came to the table and was cleaning it up. I asked my partner “did you want anything else?” because we had discussed getting one more drink each ($16 margaritas by the way). The server said “well our kitchen is closed.” I said “No I meant maybe one more drink, I know you guys close at 10…” and he said “Well we close at 9:30…” Just a completely unwelcoming vibe, borderline rude. I said “okay that’s fine, we’ll take the check then” and we were out of there at 9:35. I’m usually a 30% tipper but he got $10 on $68, which is honestly more than he deserved. We came to this location for the patio but we won’t be back.

I've been coming for years but recently ordered something and noticed the portion was less than usual - versus providing the portion I'm used to getting the manager said that because it's expensive the amount was reduced but then back peddled when I asked if that was the reason why I didn't get the usual portion.

Sad that this is the second time I've gotten poor and inconsistent customer service from a place I've been enjoying for years! Oh well guess I'll be going to Monterrey's!!!

Great restaurant.. my first time there and I’ll be back. Great, friendly servers and staff. Wonderful menu.. hard to pick just one.. loved the fish Tacos and Hawaiian fajitas.

Was very sick after eating here. There are no redeeming things here, not even the deserts or drinks. Eat here at your own risk. This restaurant should be in consideration for Kitchen Nightmares. Manager lady is an absolute tyrant, and shouldn't be in food service. Would make for great TV.

Good food, fast service, and good value prices! Many neighborhood Mexican restaurants are, frankly, rather mediocre. Los Bravos is markedly remarkable !

I always eat here and it’s very good and the service is great. I don’t know what happened tonight but we sat on the patio and our waitress was very rude. I think her name was Monica. I’m not sure. Just extremely rude. Don’t ever want her again.

Best Steak Fajitas!

Have been here multiple times. It's a great place for an easy in and out Mexican meal. Communication was slightly difficult but we worked it out.

This is my first time here and the food was great! The service was also very good! We will be back

Los Bravos is amazing. Food and service is great. We have been going for over a decade. Monica always take care of us.

Service was okay.Food horrible overpriced my burrito was okay. My wife's taco salad. Was disgusting place was dirty empty. At six o'clock at night on a tuesday will not recommend to anyone
