Just walked in to order a pizza , stood there 3-4 mins looked like the manager on the phone taking an order, i thought once he finished the phone order he would acknowledge me and ask what I wanted to order, he hung up the phone went staight to the dough area grab the dough with no gloves, no one in the place had gloves on, three workers looked at me nobody asked can I help you? I walked out hungry, maybe it was b/c I'm BLACK ?? Went to the Towne Lake Marco's they greeted me as soon as I walked in the worked had on gloves pizza ready in 15 mins, shame on you Holly Springs store take some lessons on customer service

We have ordered from Marco's once a week for the last 2 years. We have always had a positive experience up until last Saturday. When our order was delivered last Saturday when the delivery driver handed the boxes to my husband grease went everywhere, all down his brand new polo shirt. The delivery driver saw it but turned around and hurried to his vehicle. I called and talked to the manager, Steve, who told me to send him pictures. I did. He said it looked horrible and he would talk to the owners to see what they wanted to do and he would get back to me ASAP. That was Saturday. Monday evening I still didn't hear from Steve so I called back and spoke with another manager who had no idea what I was talking about. He said he was so sorry for the incident and would offer what we had ordered at no charge and talk to Steve and ask him to call me back. I received no call. Friday afternoon I call back and talk to Steve again and he tells me someone was supposed to be in touch with me all week, but he didn't follow up. He offered to have the shirt dry cleaned but he was laughing the whole time. It was really off putting and there was notnone single apology or sincere effort to make the situation right. With so many competitors, I am taking a break from this chain because as customers we should feel valued. Business I can see going down for this location.

My son went up there yesterday to checkup on the application that he submitted online. My son said the guy asked his name and phone number. We left and he got a text for an interview today and took him up there. The manager told him it was a mistake and they didn’t mean to text him. So I walked in there and asked for the number to corporate and he claimed he didn’t know what the number was. He proceeded to tell me that he gave my son the interview yesterday, when in fact he did not, but didn’t tell the 3 owners he claims they have. A very poor way to run a business. Not to mention, someone I know was in there and over heard them talking and saying oh she got mad because we didn’t give him the interview. No I got mad because you wasted our time and claimed you accidentally texted him. Maybe you should be more careful whose number you get off of the application. Be more considerate that YOU made the mistake.

I love Marco's pizza, and this is the closest location by far, but i refuse to give this location any more chances at making an even passable pizza. I work as a cook in a kitchen. I would be fully embarrassed by the pizzas being made at this location. The shirtless teenage boy bragging about working here while picking up Papa John's up the road definitely says a lot as well. I wish this location would close so the Sixes Rd. location would deliver to me.

I ordered delivery from Marco’s Pizza two days ago and had a great experience! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust was perfect, and everything tasted just right. Customer service was excellent—friendly and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

The staff was friendly and quick with our order, and the pizza came out fresh, hot, and delicious. The crust had the perfect crunch, the sauce was flavorful, and the cheese and toppings were generous.

The store was clean, and they seemed to take pride in their service and food quality. Whether you're dining in or picking up, they move things along efficiently without making you feel rushed.

Highly recommend this location if you're in the area and craving a quality pizza experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had specific instructions in my order for delivery. They were ignored. Driver was rude to my 15 year old daughter at the door. There should be a way to not tip until after delivery because there’s no accountability for these kinds of things.

The girl Dani needs to be replaced. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made order for delivery. I am less then 1 mile away from location. Took 2 hrs and I got cold pizza. Forgot my drink , when I called in to talk to manager Dani would not allow me to do so , so I said I would leave a bad review and she said be my guest

Got our food delivered, so this review is based solely on the food. The pizolli had uncooked dough in it, photo attached. At first we thought it was cheese, but soon realized the last quarter of the pizolli was uncooked

I'm only writing this negative review because this has happened to me twice in this location I order I get there it's not ready prices different than what they said they suggest coupon deal I say yes then there's no coupon so I'm charged full price for $10 pizza I pay $20. Managers rude. Staff tries. Also they are very slow. Maybe next time.
