Ordered two pizzas and garlic dipping sauce they did not deliver the sauces when I call I was told they were out of them in the 10 + years In ordering I have never been told that they were out of dipping sauce they were going to give me a refund until they found out I paid with cash so it must have to much trouble and couldn't do a charge back so no lost on there end. Very disappointed in Marcos

I ordered the pizza online. Did not receive a confirmation of the order. I called to confirm and was told they had run out of cheese and they could not fulfill my order. 🤷

I'm really not a person to complain. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and salad for here and it was soo good and fresh, I had to order another salad today. I get there the young lady was extremely sweet and helpful, but I noticed she finished making it kind of quickly. I told her and I was impressed. But when I get home to eat it, it was completely not fresh

This place is a joke! Owner needs to replace manager with one that knows customer service! How you gonna tell a customer not to talk to you a certain way when you the dog that’s getting the attitude! If our food is late yeah we’re gonna be mad!

We placed a pizza order on line at 4:25 PM and the delivery time was 4:55 PM. At 5:10 we called the store and spoke with a very rude person that said she was the manager. Our cold pizza did not arrive until 5:20. We had not used Marcos for pizza for several years due to the change in management and service was poor. Well, it appears it has not gotten any better. Poor customer service skills by the manager. She could give a crap about the customer.

The pizza is usually the best around but we were delighted with a pizza that’s been sitting out for at least a day or more. The cheese was chunky and odd looking, chewy (not in the good way), the bread was a bit stale. Took a bite into and hoped it would taste better.. tastes old. Definitely not freshly made. They didn’t even cut the pizza right. It’s like they grabbed something from under the warmer to keep pizza warm that sits there and threw it in the box and cut sloppy some pieces and some tops of pieces of the pizza. I guess they didn’t think we’d notice. Please do better. No one wants old food.
Wow. Without a doubt, the Friday plan was canceled. A delicious Marco pizza. There are several tastes. It takes 12 to 15 minutes to prepare but it is worth it. Very Rich. The attention depends on the place. Just like the atmosphere, there are some pizzerias where we ordered it for dinner. Others carry it.

Marco's is consistent when it comes to pizza. I can eat at any of them and get the same product each time. I have eaten at no less than 6 Marco's Pizza parlors. Thanks.
My sister got sick here from the chicken last year but I just get pizzas from here to be safe. Have ordered at least half a dozen pizzas over the last couple of months and all have been consistent. Thanks again.

I just ordered pizza from here 6 days ago but evidently due to high volume they can't service us tonight because we are out of area. What a shame, I will tell everyone I can about this poor experience .
