I entered to use the restroom, which wasnt dirty, but it stunk horribly! It's been quite some time since I've been here, but as i recall, it often smells badly. So much that before you even open the restroom door your nose is forewarned! The little kid that entered with his mom was plugging his nose. Now that i got that out of the way, i wish i would've gotten the kid's name that helped me. He was very helpful with my decision of a McFlurry flavor. He offered his solicited opinion, and i could tell it was an honest one. He was polite and was sure to confirm the amount of money that i gave him. He was also efficient with his time and wore a welcoming smile. You didn't see that alot these days, but i think it's becoming more common.

Great staff here, especially the manager or lead - not sure which he is - but has a butterfly on his neck. The place was super busy when I got there but he got the drive thru moving and the cafe quickly and did a great job leading. The team immediately seemed more upbeat and happy once he arrived.
Whoever he is he deserves some more recognition for his exceptional work!

I went through the drive-thru was specific on my order no cheese called and spoke with the manager they can't do a refund. All four of my sandwiches had cheese on them. The printed label on each sandwich says no cheese.

Theres a psycho lady in this location who literally chased us down to tell us that we can not park in their parking lot. Crazy. Apparently she has nothing better to do but waste her time. If this location has less than 100 on their food score, you know why.

This McDonald’s appears to be the only McDonalds in the area that puts half a slice of cheese on a Fish Filet sandwich. Seems like a small issue that could be corrected but the manager says that comes from corporate. Is this McDonald’s hurting that bad. No other McDonald’s in the area does this. Oh, and our sandwich wasn’t correct once again. This happens almost every other time. We’re done here in Woodstock with this McDonald’s. We won’t be back. Thank you.

AVOID THIS WOODSTOCK MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS - Truly Rock Bottom If there were an award for the single worst fast-food experience in the entire Atlanta metro area, this Woodstock McDonald's would win hands down, no contest. Calling it slow is an insult to sloths. Prepare to enter a time warp where a "fast food" breakfast takes a solid 30 minutes – yes, HALF AN HOUR for the simplest order. The inefficiency is staggering. But the agonizing wait time is only the beginning of the nightmare. The place is consistently dirty. Forget clean tables or swept floors; it feels grimy, neglected, and frankly, disgusting. You'll likely want to sanitize your hands after leaving, assuming you didn't just walk out mid-wait. And the staff? Unfriendly is putting it mildly. Expect sullen faces, zero urgency, and an attitude that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them by daring to order food. Don't expect a smile, a 'thank you,' or any semblance of customer service. The absolute final straw, demonstrating a shocking lack of basic hygiene and common sense, was witnessing a staff member behind the counter casually pet a customer's dog that had been walked into the restaurant. Adorable? Maybe. But then she went RIGHT BACK TO WORK near food preparation areas WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. It's utterly appalling and a blatant disregard for food safety. This location is a trifecta of terrible: excruciatingly slow service, a filthy environment, and unfriendly staff with questionable hygiene practices. They allowed the truck in front of me to place a late order at the second window, but then didn’t have them pull over to the reserved area. It’s really not fair to make everyone wait for TEN minutes in line behind them after we’ve already paid. They should have to either pull off (to keep everyone moving) or just go back through if they forgot to order something. I can tell my order was just sitting there ready for most of that time.
