i couldn’t even get my food. they closed early. i went up to the drive thru at 11:53 and told me they were closed. it is sunday august 10th 2025 and currently 12:01. the website says it closes 1am. management should probably get on top on the fact their workers are closing the store early. this is unexpectedable.

Super disappointed this location constantly chooses to stop making food at 9PM. They’re open until 11…. but they don’t have chicken for any of their chicken items, no fries, of course the ice cream machine is “broken” but really everyone knows they take it down before they’re actually closed. Why stay open until 11 if you have nothing to serve?

Waited 50+ minutes for two meals at curbside and still never received our food. It was 10pm no one else was in the parking lot all they were doing was doing drive thru orders. No one was answering the phone and couldn't get a refund since it was a mobile order and the restaurants phone didnt work.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with my order. I ordered a Big Mac meal, a Big Mac, nuggets with two sweet and sour sauces, and a double cheeseburger through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home and checked my order, I realized the sauces were missing — and even worse, the Big Mac was not included at all. Very disappointing.

The older lady at the drive thru provided quite simply the worst customer service I’ve ever had in fast food, which is saying a lot. She somehow was mad that I was ordering at a restaurant she chose to work at. I came inside to grab an extra sauce and the rest of the girls working are just as bad. I was trying to get names of the people working for this review, but they wouldn’t even give them to me and the girls claim they didn’t know each other’s names. overall terrible service. The only nice people there were the only two younger guys I saw working, they should go work somewhere else with happier people. Makes me never want to return. Stop putting miserable people in your drive through McDonald’s. It’s not hard to have a nice tone, no one’s asking you to smile and be over the top but make me feel welcome LOL. You’re working customer service

The service sucked. I don’t usually bother leaving bad reviews but this place has earned it. I’ve never been made to feel like my existence was such a bother at a fast food joint. We didn’t come super late or anything either. The food was burnt (both meals) which I’d never had happen at a McDonald’s before.
The most rude group of women staff in the breakfast hours that I've ever met. Don't eat here. Horrible customer service, nasty attitude, the restaurant smells like urine too.

Restaurant smells like piss. The front staff, especially the older girl with the glasses is just rude and bitter, for no apparent reason, just a mean bitter girl. Didn't see a single glove in sight, just bare hands ... Don't eat here. This location needs a whole rehire, employees are trash and unsanitary.
