Love Hate. The food is good and the service is usually good as well. I'm in their rewards app. The rewards are chintzy and the points EXPIRE !!! ( Chick-fil-A rewards points don't expire).

I just went through the drive through and was charged full price for the 2 cheeseburger meal, #7 on the menu, and didn’t even receive my other cheeseburger, so annoying after a long day and just wanting some food. Do better!

For the last few weeks this winter, on Saturdays around lunchtime I bring my 2.5 year old inside for the indoor playground and lunch however the service inside is reliably so terrible and nobody’s manning the register for sometimes 20 minutes maybe more, that we end up going next door to get chic-fil-a, bring it back to McDonald’s playground and eat it at McDonald’s playground. Thank you for the attentive service Chic-Fil-A Towne Lake!

Absolutely nothing works. I tried all the kiosks and none of them worked. Couldn't sign into my account, had to use my phone just to order. All the tables dirty, half the restaurant blocked by a trash area intentionally. No soda refills. Not even hand sanitizer for the napkins to clean the table because they ran out.

Me and my family were one of the two families and that building and it took us almost 20 minutes to receive our food someone had walked out the emergency exit and they blamed it on my son and my two sons and daughter are you on the playground with me and they kicked us out closing the for being on the playground because another family did not feel comfortable with us being there might I add my family is black I felt disrespected and I will never be returning to this McDonald's again if they continue disrespecting and people poorly

I am disappointed every time I go to this McDonald’s! It’s either the food is not fresh and is like it’s been sitting for a good bit and this am we got egg McMuffins and hashbrowns and the hashbrowns were so overcooked there were not even any potato inside them - nothing but just overdone crunch. Absolutely disgusting. Next time will either go to the Bells Ferry one or the one on 92. Stay away from this McDonald’s!
