Drive thru speaker did not wrk; had to drive all the way around to the other lane. First drive thru cashier was awful. No greeting. I had to ask her a question twice before she answered. She never said thank you, didnt acknowledge me, just shut the window while I'm looking at her waiting for a 'thank you'. 2nd cashier was much better. Greeted me, said thank you, was pleasant, BUTTTTTTTT, the food was HORRIBLE!!!!! Old, cold, fries dry, made me choke!

It took 30 mins to get my order. While waiting watched a kid walk from the back while chewing his food mouth open and wiping his mouth then wiped on his apron. Then went to the drink machine fixed a drink and went back to the break room I’m assuming. A sense of urgency is not in anyone’s resume in this establishment.

Me and my buddies do a bible study every Friday at 7 am and they are always so supportive. One day I ordered a braves iccee and they were out so they gave me a free blue raspberry and coke iccee. The manager is super nice especially for it being so early. I love this place definitely recommend. 5 stars ? ? ✨️ ?

Had to yell into drive thru speaker. Girl said hold on. Then she waited on person that drove up AFTER me in other lane! 2nd time I waited a Long time!!
The past couple times that we have placed a curbside pickup order I have had to sit and wait for 5 to 10 minutes for my food. In the end I end up having to go inside wait inside and then tell them I haven't gotten my food yet and have to get it from inside. Needless to say dont place a curbside order here unless you have 20+ min to wait on your food.

Today I visited the Towne Lake McDonalds in the drive through. Placed my order and pulled around to pick it up. Sandra the manager was taking care of my order and payment. Before paying I asked what is the total it was not given it at the time of ordering. She said very rudely " Like I Said" your total is $5.28. Like it was a problem I asked. I said you could have just said your total is..... she then replied pull forward and shut the window. Waited 7 min for my order and no other cars in the drive through or restaurant. She then held out the bag as I took it she then slammed the window again. Just poor poor customer service. Certainly will take it up with the store owner trust me.

I've never reviewed a fast food place but this is literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I go the food is always fresh and hot. Everyone there is friendly and the customer service is great! My favorite thing though is the GM (wish I could remember her name) makes sure to keep everything super clean. She goes above and beyond to make sure the kid's play place is cleaned and disinfected regularly. I hope she never leaves!
