This place is HORRIBLE i ordered a frappe with extra caramel (which they charge for) and they barely even gave me the normal amount and i also got a medium fry and the fry was cold and barely filled. Everytime i order here its always horrible food experience. Do not come here!!!!!!!!!

I was served a large carton of cold fries through the drive-thru. Had to park to go inside for new fries. Had to wait for them to cook fresh fries. My fish sandwich was no longer hot by the time I got fresh fries.

Every experience stinks! My order is almost never right. The drive-through is so slow and then after waiting forever you’re often asked to pull up to the stop sign or a numbered parking spot only to have your order incorrect or something even missing from your order. If this is the best performance you can give, they should just shut this location down and not even have you as an option. I’m seriously tired of having to get out of my car and come in to have my order fixed or just saying forget it and eating something the way I didn’t order it. Everyone I talk to has nothing positive to say about this store. A 2.8 star review should be telling management and cooperate that something is wrong. It’s been bad like this for years so it’s obvious nobody cares to make it better.

I hope this message finds the upper management for this particular location. I was there on Sunday Feb 9th around lunchtime and there was the sweetest lady working. She seemed to be of retirement age. She provided outstanding customer service and went out of her way to make sure not only I but other customers were happy with our food. In between providing top notch service she was cleaning tables and sweeping the floors. This woman is a tremendous asset to your team. I hope she is appreciated by not only you but other team members. This woman really brightened up my day. She wore glasses and may have been in her early 60’s.
